“I have been a resident of a Cooper's Pond townhome for 4 years, and I have been very happy. The rent is very reasonable for something this size (3 br / 2 bth), maintenance and office staff are very responsive, it is very quiet, never had any issues with neighbors, surrounded by greenery, and right on a public transport route going to campus. Definitely a good choice if you are looking for a place for a family of 4 or 5.”
“We moved my daughter to rise this August and initially I was a bit nervous because we had some roommate problems at other apartments her sophomore year. This place is awesome! “The Meridian has been a great place to live. I have had multiple instances where I need something fixed in my apartment, and within the same day, maintenance is there fixing it. Everyone who works there is also very friendly and helpful. The location is nice, but at times it feels far from the center of downtown. Overall, it is a nice place to live!”
“I have been renting from westside village for 6 months now. Their apartments are top notch. I have also received this feedback from others in the same neighborhood. The apartments are well maintained, have good amenities and are really nice to live in. The location of westside village apartments is very convenient. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown. There is a bus stand within a minute's walk. The area is nice and quiet mostly. I particularly like the maintenance by westside village. Their office is prompt with service requests. The app is very easy to use and makes it very convenient to report exact issues for maintenance. The office people are nice and helpful. Karina has been especially very helpful and kind. I would recommend westside village for anybody looking for a hassle-free stay in state college.”
“Best apartment I've lived in State College.
1. Maintenance requests are solved very fast. I submit a request in the morning, and I come back home around 5:00PM and it's fixed.
2. I got my security deposit back and it has not even been two weeks since I moved out.
Only downside is that they have certain rules and their employees have to stick by it. For example, they sort out the mail and RTS the mail that has a name that is not in their system. I've had trouble getting something in my mother's name. But, other than that I had a great living experience.
I've lived at The Pointe, The Heights, and The Imperial Towers. And the Valley is the best one so far. And I think I'll be moving back in to Valley next year”

“We have been living at Lionsgate since 2019 and we love it. The team at the main office is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are fixed promptly and the team is filled with great people. We have never had to wait long for a maintenance request to get completed. They also go out of their way to help, even if it is unrelated to the apartment. Ben from the maintenance team saw us struggling with a flat tire and spent a good chunk of time helping us replace it.”

“reason for 5 stars was because of the staff, specifically anthony. most chill and helpful person ever. me and my friends came in and asked a lot of questions and he gave very detailed responses for each one, very genuine and even gave water bottles to my friend who had a headache at the time. overall, great apartments for great prices, i am really happy we came here and great staff as well”
