Goodwill is a nonprofit store where you can find amazing discoveries at unbeatable prices, including brand new items for a fraction of their retail cost. The store is typically nice, neat, and highly organized, with friendly employees who are not disrespectful. Shoppers often report finding great items, especially on Sundays, which are noted as the best sale day. However, some customers express disappointment with management practices. Concerns include a lack of welcoming interaction between staff and customers, partly due to management restrictions on employee conversations. The continued closure of the dressing rooms is another point of unhappiness. Additionally, the store can be hard to navigate when employees are stocking the sales floor, which sometimes gets in the way of shopping. While it is considered a fine store with good finds, some feel it could be much better with improved management and a stronger focus on the customer experience.
a good range of vintage and pre loved pieces are sold here, and many of them are in pretty good condition. the quality is decent overall, though the prices aren’t exactly cheap. one downside is the lack of a changing area, which would make the shopping experience much more convenient.
