They close at 11:30 PM, and my flight was delayed. I contacted them earlier to let them know and they stayed open later. They were the only car rental company to stay later and were able to assist others that were on the flight that booked with other car rental companies in State College Airport.

Been working a lot with rental companies lately, this location is staffed by the rudest most unprofessional people i have ever interacted with. Go to the next counter over and work with enterprise. This buisness isn't worth your money.

Hertz is a great company. However, steer clear of this location. Customer service, general customer interaction skills, and knowing the services Hertz provides to their customers is severely lacking.
