I went there to ask if they had a car available for rent. The woman at the counter immediately said they were more expensive than Enterprise and Avis. I found it quite surprising that she seemed to judge me just by looking at me. I didn’t know how to respond, so I simply left the counter. No star if possible.

They closed at 9 even if We made the reservation 10. Pretty bad customer service

They close at 11:30 PM, and my flight was delayed. I contacted them earlier to let them know and they stayed open later. They were the only car rental company to stay later and were able to assist others that were on the flight that booked with other car rental companies in State College Airport.
