I recently visited the store, and a staff member named Jade went completely above and beyond to help me find and select the exact product I needed. What truly blew me away was that Jade was off-duty and not even working at the time, yet she still took the time to ensure I was completely taken care of.It is rare to find an employee who is so dedicated to helping others that they step in to assist customers on their day off. Jade’s professionalism, kindness, and product knowledge are a massive asset to this store.
