“I received legendary customer service today at TSC! My husband is a trucker and has limited time at home to do projects. He called the New Holland, PA store from the road and the staff took his order and had everything ready when I got there to pick it up. By the time I went I to the store, paid, and walked back to my car it was al loaded up and ready to go! Brody and Megan went over and above to make the whole process quick and easy! “Howells glass was very professional they showed up when they said they would, my glass was ready to install just like they said it would be, all around pleasant experience. But be ready for sticker shock my 36”x80” piece of glass for my shower was two grand so if you want shower doors be prepared to REALLY pay.”

Plus, whenever I have stopped in it seems like they are doing pet vaccinations so it is nice to see all of the pets out and about.”

“They all do a great job, from the way that store was kept in the past from other managers not caring about the appearance Just collecting a check. These girls running this place do a fantastic job, and they should be rewarded for the hard work.I have been going there for many years. Good help is hard to find,take care of the team you have, and they will take care of you. Rewards to great employees go farther than you think. It's called Retention. Keep the team you have, I have seen people working there that were not willing to take advice, that being said, The store looks great.”
