“Okay so I purchased a vehicle and after two hours of having it the check engine light popped up! Went to a shop (No name needed) they sent us away talking about I would need to make an appointment! Drove down a little and came across Walt's auto shop.My babez walked in and immediately walked back to tell me Deb will be bringing in my car. We wanted car to be scanned to find out why was the check engine light on being that we just purchased the vehicle.Walt scanned and told us everything that was going on with vehicle. Went through the car extensly and diagnosed the issues.They gave their honest opinions and was still willing to do an inspection if I chose to keep. They were super sweet,honest,and welcoming the whole time there! They were willing to talk to the dealership that I purchased car from. They even gave a written detailed description of all issues concerning car for us to provide to dealership.Man let me TELL EVERYONE if you want to be treated like family GO TO WALT'S You will be extremely pleased with them! Please let me tell you about Motts! I have been going there for over 14 years and I still have the same car! Yes, my car is 15 years old! Even though Skip has left and turned the business over to Jeff, they are still the best, most trustworthy car repair shop in the Poconos! I really don't understand the negative reviews posted here, there has to be something missing! They have never steered me wrong, never tell me I need anything fixed unless it's necessary and always ask me first before they fix anything! Take my advice, go to Motts before you go somewhere else, you won't be disappointed!”
“The dreaded car buying experience turned into an absolute pleasurable experience. Keishawn Springer our Salesman was a patient gem! He answered All of our questions, sent us videos of our choices. We couldn’t make up our minds and he was so patient with us. It wasn’t an all day affair either. He followed up and made the car buying process easy from beginning to end! “I was calling many places for a simple inspection to get no answer and leaving messages with no call backs.In that time on the last snow storm my husband lightly crashed my jeep on the off ramp of 33, saylorsburg exit.He got home safely, minor damage but the best thing was he was okay. I needed a new rim for sure. Idk how he got home with out the tire blowing off the beed.He put on a donut so I went down the list again and again no answers. I started calling other shops and to no avail the only one to answer was Gary at Cherry Valley Auto.I explained the situation and he took me right in. He checked everything out and said I was good, no damage, but it could possibly come up with a slight bent tire rod during alignment which I needed and he didnt do.I ordered new tires with him and Gary was wonderful waiting for my rim. Once it came in he set me up with the new tires and told me to get the alignment.This is honest because he could have told me things were broken and I wouldnt have had the slightest clue.I got the alignment done with no issues, not even the bent tire rods!Holy moly was Gary right!!!!!He is a very reputable and honest mechanic shop. I will go to Gary at Cherry Valley Auto first everytime.Im so happy to establish this relationship.I called Gary back for my inspection and he said for me to bring it down with the alignment paper work and Ill have a passed inspection!!!!Cherry Valley Auto is 100% in my book and I wont go anywhere else after this experience!!!!Services: Vehicle Inspection”

“Great shop. Down to earth. Friendly and efficient. $20 for labor only for an engine oil and filter change. I brought my own mobil 1 high mileage oil and oem filter. I left a $20 tip and it took 10 minutes. Really great shop. I called them to get a quote before coming by. I have had a hard time finding trustworthy mechanics so i appreciate this shop. Try them. “I recently had the pleasure of coming to this dealership to have some upgrade work done on my Volvo.
I live in Pittston and got my car from Ken pollock . I decided to switch from Apple to Android but only have Apple car play in my car.
I checked Volvo's website and there is a section in there that states that my car is eligible for a complimentary upgrade at any Volvo dealership. Unfortunately the dealer closest to me (Ken Pollock) told me that they will not be doing the upgrade because they have the right to tell me no, and told me to contact another dealer. Thankfully when I called Ray Price they were very professional, and nice and was willing to help me out. So I took the hour drive there and had the upgrade done.

“If stars were awarded by the kindness of a business owner, I would be able to leave more than 5.
On the last leg of a very long car trip, I got a flat tire a block away from this business at close to quitting time on a Friday evening. They could not have been nicer or kinder. They helped me with my tire and had me on my way in minutes - despite being shorthanded that day.
While I don't live locally (and can't send my friends to this business), I wish this family owned business tremendous success. 10/10 highly recommend.

“My car had slowed down on the highway and would not pick up speed so I had it towed home. I then took it to Toyota cause that is where I purchased it back in 2017 and was told that there is a major problem with my transmission. (This is a 2017 Lancer that just hit 109k) they told me it would cost $8,000 to fix so I didn't have money to fix it and was terrified to drive it for almost a year it sat. My boyfriend and I even got a new car. I was told by multiple people to just junk it & Toyota wouldn't even offer me nothing to trade it in. Anyways after sitting my father was like why don't u get a second opinion cause the car does sound fine. Took it to Tony's & discovered that it's nothing! The only issue is that it's a cvt transmission and the transmission should be serviced every 50k miles. It's been running great! I really appreciate the honesty of this company & would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much!!”
