“I love this post office as they are always so friendly and helpful. I won't go to the post office in my own town choosing to drive further just for these reasons”

3400 PA-611 Ste 102, Bartonsville PA 18321
“I had a package that was shipped here to be held, not knowing that it should have gone to my home post office instead. The gentleman that helped me was extremely kind for holding it over the holiday weekend instead of sending it back right away! Absolutely friendly, too, with myself and other customers. When I'm able to, I'll use this USPS from now on!”

7 S Robinson Ave, Pen Argyl PA 18072
“Staff is always so incredibly courteous, patient, and helpful, never rushing your transactions. Still has that good small town post office feel where your needs are considered and it feels a part of the community rather than a sterile business. Fair prices, and mail delivery to my home is top notch with reliable staff I can call if issues arise. Amazing”

“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons. The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

“The post office nestled in the plaza adjacent to the gastronomic wonders of Bosco Pizza and Saen Thai emerges as a practical outpost in the midst of culinary indulgence. As I tread the path between these realms, enveloped in the scent of pizza and Thai spices, the unassuming post office becomes a silent observer of my daily excursions.Mr. X, the Postmaster General, presides over this postal sanctuary with a dignified demeanor that transcends mere transactions. If my journey involves retrieving mail, a stop at this postal nook transforms into a chance to exchange pleasantries with Mr. X. His authoritative yet welcoming presence turns a routine errand into a delightful encounter. However, should Mr. X be momentarily away, the aromatic call of Saen Thai beckons, inviting me to indulge in a midday Thai feast. The menu, a canvas painted with culinary artistry, unveils delectable Thai dishes. From the robust embrace of Panang Curry, where coconut-infused richness melds with aromatic spices, to the vibrant dance of Pad Thai noodles adorned with peanuts and lime, Saen Thai crafts a symphony of flavors. If the postal hour coincides with lunchtime lull, a detour into Saen Thai promises not just a culinary escapade but a chance to immerse in the charm of Thai gastronomy. Thus, in the midst of postal pragmatism and culinary allure, this corner of the plaza becomes a junction where mundane errands intersect with the tantalizing prospect of Thai delicacies and the comforting aroma of pizza, creating a harmonious tapestry of practicality and indulgence.”

“I travelled to the area today and needed to buy stamps. I observed the post mistress interact with a woman who had a problem in such a kind, caring way. In this challenging world, she made this woman's day better. My interaction was efficient and easy. I did, however, drop something on my way out that she later found. She would store it safely til I returned. Wow! What more could you ask? Efficiency, kindness, and rescues!”

“This place used to be great, I have lived here for around 15 years and the workers used to be so sweet and caring and would make sure everything got delivered on time. Over the last couple years they have been very sloppy with deliveries but are improving from what I see. The staff also isn’t the best but I don’t go inside the building much now so I can’t really speak about how they are at this point in time. They also used to be very sweet to my kids and would give them candies every time we came but now some of these workers seem annoyed just to have one in the building. The lady that does the deliveries for my area is amazing though and gets everything correct even though there can be some dress confusion with my address. Overall, I think they are improving but I wish they were better and like they were when I had moved in so that’s why I’m giving a higher review.”

“I don’t know anybody from this post office it’s not even my post office, but I had a package in limbo. It traveled more then I did in my life time. I called this post office and an angel picked up (Dawn) I explained what was happening and she found my package (which was a zip code era) 18327 was supposed to be 18328. If not for Dawn my package would have took another journey to wherever.Ty again Dawn and enjoy the pizza?”
