“Convenient location, excellent customer service.... always. Today for example, Erin offered the dolly/hand truck to help me with 3 large boxes. As I mentioned that I had recently cracked a rib, she proceeded to my vehicle & assisted me. Thanks Erin for going above & beyond for your customers!”

“I found this place through Google Maps. I was visiting friends and needed to send some things back to my home before I flew back. My friends didn't know this place existed. I think they are happy that I discovered it as they will likely be using it as needed. Very friendly staff, and they definitely know what they're doing. They make it a very simple process, I walked in with my package, they fixed what I had done so it was more secure, affixed the label and VOILA it was on its way. We were in and out in a few minutes. I don't think it was related to Pack N Ship but my delivery made it a little bit earlier than anticipated. I know where I'm going next time I visit my friends when I need something delivered back to my home. I'm pretty sure they know where they will go when they need this type of service as well. ??? Three thumbs up.”

“Any jokes about post office inefficiency do not apply to this location. My wife and I went here to get our first passports. We expected this to be a long process. It wasn't. Mark, the clerk who helped us, actually had us finished before the time our appointment was scheduled for. I'm glad this is my Post Office.”

“Installers were professional and took a lot of time to hook up my dryer vent. They took my old dryer, installed the new one, cleaned up all shipping material and hauled everything away. They were polite and mindful of my home and property. Communicating with them was somewhat harder because English was not their native language.”

“I’m assuming based of previous complaints that the lady who works here now has changed since she’s always very polite and helpful. Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. It’s a small post office and NO MAIL GOES OUTTA THERE if you’re wondering. That’s the office on Thorn Run Rd I think for Coraopolis.”

“This was my second time to this location and the first time I encountered a very sweet employee but I didn’t get her name! The second time, Emma went above and beyond to help me get my bridal shower invites stamped and showed me new stamps coming in for my wedding invitations. She was so kind and nice to talk to. In a world where people don’t appreciate others or go out of their way she deserves a little recognition today! Very impressed with this location!”

“I have to say the Manager here and MOST staff are so very pleasant ALL THE TIME!The Manager is always has a positive upbeat personality and is always smiling and very willing to assist even on a issue or concern that I've inquired about. To be honest when I first moved out here I was going to the post office often because I was not receiving mail in a timely manor at all. It was taking a really long time for me to receive a card rom 15 min down the road. But, it has been better and havent had problems in years. The Manager definitely brings a positive work environment to the Clinton post office for sure. I walked in one day she wasnt there and it wasnt as upbeat at all. BUT it wasn't bad or anything just wasnt the same. She always has gone above and beyond .I've had issues with receiving my mail in a timely manor when I first moved out here (5years ago). It was terrible, iI was really concerned about getti g my mail and bills on time. The mailman we have took a little to get used to.He isnt mean or rude he is nice once you get to know him...Just wanted to say THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK ESPECIALLY THROUGH THIS PANDEMIC AND ALL THE EXTRA MAIL COMING THROUGH. WE APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU AT THE CLINTON POST OFFICE!”

“I have to disagree with many of the negative reviews here. I brought an assortment of items in on Monday, February 10th that needed to be shipped to Atlanta. The two ladies working behind the counter were both amicable and helpful to all. I was delighted to find that my items were expertly packed and well-protected upon their arrival to Atlanta. I appreciate the time and thoroughness of care that was given to them. Thank you ladies!”
