“Excellent customer service, absolutely top notch. I have a Queen Anne style cherry wood poster bed that I purchased over 20 years ago that I needed new side rails for. I contacted the manufacturer and they no longer make hook on rails. Luckily I found Colonial Furniture, they replied to my initial inquiry the same day and sent me schematics that I was able to print off to ensure the rails and hook would fit. They are very through in making sure you get the right product and have a variety of woods and finishes to choose from. They even called me and I was able to place my order over the phone and go over everything I need, I ended up ordering slats well.”

“I went to the store on 442 after my dear friend offered to buy us a new Sofa. The sales woman was very knowledgeable and helpful. She didn’t talk at me but to me. After the check cleared, 2 days later Jeremy called and promptly delivered the sofa that same day. The price and quality is beyond what the other local furniture store offered and the smiles were genuine and welcoming. “Had to return an item as it was a set that was supposed to be tea, coffee, and sugar canisters but it had two sugar and no coffee. Had purchased it online as a gift for someone. It was only available online and would take a few days to ship but unfortunately I didn’t realize the defect until the day before the party. However, I was able to purchase another item off the registry for pickup at the store and return the defective item quickly and easily. Used the Target app on my phone for both purchases so I didn’t need to look for receipts in emails or have printed copies.”

“Finding a good bed has been difficult for me. I purchased a few online over the last several years and struck out as they did not hold their firmness. I have slept poorly for a while and it has taken its toll on my health.
I purchased a mattress here and i must have been nearly in a coma my first nap on it. Drool all over the place. I have consistently slept well and have a bed that is now solidly supporting my body. I have significantly less back and neck pain! I love that it’s a traditional style and I can flip it over to the other side and have it just like anew again when it’s time to rotate.
The delivery was amazing. I had my bed in one week and the service guys went above and beyond, helping me put it into the bag/mattress cover thing.
Overall this is the best bed I’ve had in years and the service was exceptional!”
