Im new to handling firearms and she was extremely helpful and she was very knowledgeable! Im so grateful for her. Great family owned atmosphere! “I had a very good experience with the company and specifically Gail. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of my smart spotter, and she was very nice about it and very helpful. She not only held my order on her desk until I was able to contact my daughters coach and find the appropriate size, but she even contacted me the day after I was supposed to contact her and didn't to make sure everything was OK.
