“Purchased a 2012 Ford Escape in Florida on Dec 2022 for my teenage granddaughter as a Christmas present. Had it shipped to Effort.
Her mom took it to Ford for state inspection. Where they told her it needed a new exhaust system for $900.
A friend recommended Family Auto. Upon inspection FA said "It did not need a muffler"
"It passed inspection".
Fast forward to June 2024. I had FA replace the muffler n pipes along with a oil change.. Eventhough it could have waited. They performed the work at a great price.
They also replaced the hood that accidentally opened while driving. My fault for not closing it fully. FA found a matching hood and installed it at a reasonable cost.
Family Auto is a Honorable Business with great employees, whom I will recommend to everyone. They also honored me with a Veterans Discount.”

J&B came and towed my car to their garage and saved a stranded me. They were so nice, professional and generally really amazing people. They fixed my car and got me back on the road the same day.”

“Just have to say we have had nothing but wonderful experiences the last 3 times we had to bring our cars in. Courtesy, quality and price are above a 5 ⭐️ review. Have to give a shout out to who I spoke to last week regarding my son being home on military leave for 48 hours and he needed an inspection before he can go back. I was told that they closed at 5:00 and he would need to be there between two and three. Well, of course that morning that his leave started he had an emergency at work and could not leave on time. To say that winer circle went above and beyond isn’t the half of it He arrived at 4:55 Told them who he was and the situation and they accommodated him after closing. “SUMMARY: Tori and Chuck at Jack Williams made my experience a pleasant and successful one. Chuck took the time and patience to make sure the job was done correctly. Tori made me feel welcome and has such a pleasant personality. The prices for the tires were on par with others, but it is the customer service that ranks above all else.
DETAILS: Friday evening at 6 PM, I begin to go out for dinner to hear a "thunking" sound. I come to realize that my rear passenger tire is flat. After spending an hour an a half and three compressors later, I was able to get the tire patched, inflated, and remounted. I saw the tire was practically bald so I needed a new one ASAP.
I went online and did a search for places where I could get two new tires for the back the next day. I found Jack Williams and set an appointment for 2 PM Saturday. The patch held in place and I arrived at Jack Williams. I was helped immediately and they got my car into the bay approximately 10 minutes later.
It took about an hour, and when Chuck came out to tell me the tires were on, he apologized for the time as he had to let one of the tires sit in the sun so it could expand to get it onto the rim. He was very thoughtful and updated me on the condition of my front tires and brakes. He was thorough and that gave me confidence that the job was done right.
While waiting for the vehicle, Tori and I had a couple of good conversations. She is down to earth and we were able to relate very well. At the end, she handled by "check out" process and smiled at me as we parted ways. I felt valued by her and the rest of the team.
Give them a try. They are part of Mavis, but I can tell they have their own distinct personality and they will help you wherever they can. Tori and Chuck do not disappoint.”
“Was moving my daughter into ESU and picked up a sheet metal screw on I-80 the night before move-in on out way into town. Had AAA tow the truck to the Pocono Tire & Brake shop first thing in the morning. Given the pressure of the timing and having to be at ESU to move her in, JR and Chris were able to get me in, get the tire plugged and had me back in action in time to get my daughter to move-in on time! I can't thank them enough! Great service and great people!”
