“You see the face of this dog? That's the face of a dog who has destroyed every indestructible toy she has had her teeth on. It says destroy proof for heavy chewers? She finds the one weakness in 2 minutes and it's torn apart.
I go to this store and they recomend me toys that are meant to be destroyed. They have multiple layers to rip off and a little surprise in the center.
It has been a month and a half, and she has only just now starting ripping out the inner layers through one teeny tiny hole she has been working on.
Hands down the best toy I ever bought as it's lasted her a thousand times longer than anything else. She goes crazy on it every day!
Love the workers that recommended it to me. Many toy options to find.
Also a nice wide selection of dried foods and fish for cats. Extra protein for my picky eater!”
“This is the best pet store around I've been following these guys around for over 20 years they had another pet store in Monroeville they know how to take care of their pets and their customers highly recommended the only pet store I go to anywhere I'm the best part you could actually go in and play with the animals that they sell .....then if you like it you can buy it ....if not you had fun playing with them ....no pet store does that anymore”

“As someone whose dog is their pride and joy, I wouldn’t take Pippa to daycare anywhere else. The staff is so kind and I feel like they’re my friends when I walk in the door. “Royal Dutch grooming was a great experience for both my dog and myself. The entire team was kind and welcoming to us. My pup was treated with utmost care as it was only her second time being groomed. The team’s care and attention really showed in the results of my pups super fluffy and clean glowing coat. We were both very happy customers. Additionally, the entire place was clean, well kept and inviting. Royal Dutch has definitely earned a Loyal customer with us.”

“Pretty Birds is the ONLY place I will EVER go for bird grooming. I have 2 parrots, an African Grey and a Yellow Naped Amazon. "My birds bite," I said. And in response, Don handled them like they were old friends! No biting, he even shaved their beaks and they didn't even cry! Don has love and compassion for birds and their humans. I learned more from him than anyone in all my years of having parrots! Pretty Birds is a Bird Boarder. Be sure to make an appointment for your bird's grooming needs.”

“This was my first time using The Dog Stop service. I must say from my initial call to picking up my pet I was impressed. I called the day before to ask for pricing and availability. The young man walked me through the online registration process. There I was able to create an account and make an appointment because the website was user friendly. The day of my appointment the staff was super nice and took the extra time to answer questions I had. I dropped my pet off and he was ready within a couple of hours. I was satisfied with his grooming and the service I received. Also, there prices can't be beat. I will be back for sure. Great Job Team Dog Stop!!!”
“My 8# Yorkie had been injured by a groomer at the Dog Stop on Washington Blvd. I waited 3 months b4 taking her anywhere for grooming b/c I wanted to allow Lilybear to decompress from her trauma. A friend recommended Janice and despite the fact that LilyBear immediately attempted to bite Janice, Janice persevered & was able to complete a mini groom. I’m so grateful - hopefully, next time Lilybear will be a little more calm. I’ll definitely return!”

They are both knowledgeable in many different animal care aspects. They have high quality foods, toys, litter (I want to cry when they are out of my favorite one!), treats, and more. Make sure to stop in and say hi! You may even get to see one of the visiting foster cats up for adoption!”
“Today my boyfriend and I took our new dog, Ducky, to the store because we want to get him socialized. He just adopted him a few weeks ago and he seems to have a fear of doors and entering new spaces. The employees saw my boyfriend and I patiently trying to help Ducky work up the courage to come inside and they all gathered by the door to help! They gave him treats and cheered him on. “Glynn has been servicing my 72 gallon tank for close to 10 years now. He has a wealth of knowledge that he draws from to give you the best and most appropriate service to keep your tank alive and healthy. Whatever he’s suggested has always worked. I’ve had tanks most of life and dealt with a lot of service people over the years- he’s the BEST.
My advice to anyone looking for a custom build, someone to service a preexisting tank, to add fish or anything that has to do with tanks- STOP and call Glynn- you’re done looking!”

The staff, Andrea was informative, thorough, kind and efficient!! This tiny Mini Schnauzer has already made himself at home and claimed his spot! “I am an elderly female with a very powerful Pitbull which is not friendly with other dogs. She is fantastic with people as long as they do,not try to hurt me. The trainer and floor associates recognized me immediately outside and for warned me of large number of dogs inside store. I was ready to cancel her needed rabies shot and try for another time when they very quickly stepped forward to assist me in getting the shot accomplished. Their concern and overall kindness with both me and my pet Lady was amazing and definitely not part of their job discription or my expectations. They made sure my pet was weighed then vet and assistant cared for her and gave her her needed shot in grooming are using outside entrance for me to enter. Then I went to,pay and trainer stepped forward to stay with Lady so I could go into store and do this. Great experience which I almost believed To be an impossible accomplishment that they made possible for me and my Fur Baby with as little stress as posssible. They are amazing and I definitely will continue to my food and treat purchases from them and will continue with my Petco Vital Care Premier membership. I will also highly recommend this Petco to others.”
