“Im surprised by the negative reviews here. I purchased 2 adirondack chairs four or five years ago and they held up relatively well. Unfortunately, one day one of the slats broke so I reached out to Highwood about some replacement parts. Not only did they send the parts right away... a month later they sent me two brand new chairs (because the replacement parts were slightly different and they wanted my chairs to match). This was a class act. Thank you High Wood!”
