“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons.The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

“This place used to be great, I have lived here for around 15 years and the workers used to be so sweet and caring and would make sure everything got delivered on time. Over the last couple years they have been very sloppy with deliveries but are improving from what I see. The staff also isn’t the best but I don’t go inside the building much now so I can’t really speak about how they are at this point in time. They also used to be very sweet to my kids and would give them candies every time we came but now some of these workers seem annoyed just to have one in the building. The lady that does the deliveries for my area is amazing though and gets everything correct even though there can be some dress confusion with my address. Overall, I think they are improving but I wish they were better and like they were when I had moved in so that’s why I’m giving a higher review.”

“I travelled to the area today and needed to buy stamps. I observed the post mistress interact with a woman who had a problem in such a kind, caring way. In this challenging world, she made this woman's day better. My interaction was efficient and easy. I did, however, drop something on my way out that she later found. She would store it safely til I returned. Wow! What more could you ask? Efficiency, kindness, and rescues!”

“Thank you, Kim & Hilton! You are always kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service. I would give this post office 5 stars.
However, I truly dislike that there is no Wi-Fi service, which makes it a nightmare when needing to access QR codes or documents online. It’s also concerning in case of an emergency when there’s no cell service. They have a landline, but what happens if the power goes out?
I’d also love to see a self-service kiosk like other post offices have, especially for quick and easy access when there are long lines.”
“Will is our postman. He's the best ever! He drives right up to the door to deliver boxes so frequently that I feel badly! He is always friendly, efficient, professional, and gives positive attention to our four dogs! We so appreciate him :)”
“Ray at the Pocono Summit Passport Center provided me with exceptional service during my visit. Although he managed to handle everything efficiently by himself, I think it would be beneficial for the center to have more staff members to assist with passport applications and package handling.”

“In 659 Main St, Tobyhanna, PA 18466, all the workers are very efficient, professional, and hardworking, I ordered alot of items from Temu, but at checkout it default to 7155 mountain dr, instead of 7155 Robinwood drive, I was in the office to tell them what happened and all my packages was delivered to the correct destination, afterwards they didn't forget or ignore my complaint. My packages were delivered intact and promptly. Thank you so much for saving the stress.”
“Eric has been our mailman for quite sometime. He is very thorough and polite. He will deliver large packages to your front door.
As to the people working at the PO building on Ann Street, Kevin has been very good for many years. Yes,there have been new people at the Ann Street office,but any problems should be addressed to management and those who train the new people.”

“I had a package that was shipped here to be held, not knowing that it should have gone to my home post office instead. The gentleman that helped me was extremely kind for holding it over the holiday weekend instead of sending it back right away! Absolutely friendly, too, with myself and other customers. When I'm able to, I'll use this USPS from now on!”
