“This place is incredible, I myself and mother had no idea they close at 3pm on weekends, I called during closing, and they stayed open an extra 15-20 mins for me and could not have been nicer. I felt SO bad taking the end of the week off adding on an extra 20 they would NOT let me tip them for their time. Incredible people, and pharmacy. The maps are misleading, it’s right under the big new electric sign directly to the right of yum yum donuts, your first right onto 309. 10 stars if I could give them, anyone using CVS, spend the extra $ on MAYBE some scripts and start being treated like a person. “I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the pharmacists at this facility. I recently switched from CVS, and initially, I had doubts, but I have experienced outstanding service since then. Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. As I juggled school and work, the delays were causing withdrawal symptoms and exacerbating my stress, which triggered my migraines. I was on the verge of giving up on the constant back-and-forth. However, JOANNE AND AMY collaborated with my neurology office and Optum RX. While I didn't receive approval for my original prescription quantity, I am genuinely pleased with the outcome because I rely on these medications to function.Village Pharmacy At Springhouse has become my second home, and everyone here treats me like family. I am looking forward to more positive and supportive interactions. JOANNE AND AMY have truly gone above and beyond for me, as have the other pharmacists working diligently behind the scenes. “I drive 22 miles round-trip to the CVS in Franconia because the Ladies there are always so kind and helpful.There is one less than 2 miles from me in Pennsburg, PA but that one is full of rude people who act as if you are imposing on their time. I refuse to go to that one anymore”

“The deli order machines haven't been working the last few times I've been there. It used to be nice when you could do your shopping while the deli order was in que instead of waiting there the whole time in a long line. Please fix the deli order machines. Other than that everything else is good.Edit: The last two times I went the deli order machines were working. Still a little buggy but working none the less. Thank you.”

I was upset to leave that store behind, but we're so happy with the Kulpsville store. I should also note that the photo lab is very well run. I've gone in there for enlargements and they also work with me to get the best final product. Such a well run store.”

The pharmacy staff was amazing - calling the insurance company several times and working with me to find a coupon to lower the price from nearly $300 to $45 to $18. Several members of the staff were so helpful and kind in this very frustrating situation.”
