First was the extraordinary service we received from the manager Dan. He helped us with anything we asked.anytime. He was available to us both in person and by phone. and our movers commented on the quality of the temperature in our storage unit during a very hot summer. Security is also good. The pricing was very competitive with the promotions and all policies were clearly stated and explained by Dan. “I recently used New Horizon for my move, and I can honestly say it was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—clear communication, quick responses, and a very straightforward booking process. They explained everything upfront, including pricing and what to expect on moving day, so there were no surprises.
On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get started. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. I really appreciated how they wrapped and protected my furniture, making sure nothing got scratched or damaged. “The crew from Jensen packed and moved us on two EXTREMELY hot and humid days. Our upstairs had no air conditioning! Jay, James, Colin and Lee worked efficiently and cheerfully under these challenging conditions. All our possessions arrived intact and undamaged. All boxes were labeled and placed in the appropriate area and furniture was maneuvered to my liking before they left. They also came in under the estimated number of boxes and hours, saving us money. “I have had a really smooth transition with this place.
I have had some problems with hackers on my debit card and forgotten to call them, they've contacted me and not charged me extra when my card didn't go through.
My only gripe would be that they don't have a dolly cart for you to use (at any time) like many storage places I've used before. It makes it REALLY hard on my back as someone with back issues.
Also I pay extra for air conditioned storage and I found mold on some of my things this summer. There's no reason that should be.
These are the only reason I'm docking one star.
The place is clean. They have someone you can contact at any time as well.”

Hope was the absolute best resource to resolve this dilemma quickly and way better than I ever could ask for.
