“Just moved back to PA after living out of state for a few years and J's has made everything dealing with my car super easy. I was concerned about finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the area, but J's is definitely my go to now! When I got my oil change, they even walked me through what I had to do to get my tags and title switched and recommended a great tag shop. Their prices are fair and as someone with little to no car knowledge, it was nice that they took the time to explain things to me having to do with my car as opposed to just handing me a bill. Above and beyond any mechanic I've dealt with in the past. Definitely recommend!”

“Part 1: It was Christmas Eve and I left work early because I had an emergency (a nail broke, lol). When I left the salon, my car was dead. I got on the phone trying to find someone to fix my car and also someone to tow it. My regular mechanic was willing to take it that day and give me a loner car, so I could go to my Christmas holiday with family. They recommended Dunne's towing. Dunne's had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes! The guy was so knowledgeable and so kind it was a pleasure (almost) to have my car break down! PLEASE don't go to anyone else to get towed or your doors unlocked, etc! This is the company arrives when promised, provides expert service, and are overall a pleasure to work with! SAVE Their number on your phone, knowing you will be in great hands! Help others, too, and share Dunne's name and phone number!”

“Andrew responded to assist my son who had a flat tire on the side of the road at 10 pm through AAA. I spoke to him a couple of times throughout the process and he couldn’t have been more professional and an overall really nice guy. He let me know he’d make sure he was in a safe place and if not, would make sure he got to a safe area to fix the vehicle. He even showed my son the proper way to change a tire and called me when he was done to keep me apprised of the situation. Overall 100 out of 10 on the service scale.”
“My daughter’s battery died and AAA sent out a service man and determined her battery was dead and showed me. She has a Ford Escape and the battery placement is ridiculous so he informed me to go to Bob’s shop to have it replaced. The shop reminds me of an old school, been thru the ringer kind of place. The mechanic came out and immediately started working on it. He was done in 15 minutes or less, I paid the bill and tried to give him a tip but he refused saying “ pay it forward”. I will definitely use them again!!!”
“Whether it’s a really bad accident or a fender bender take it to Jon Hager’s! I’ve taken a few vehicles here. Amazing job start to finish. Answers every question, very patient and knowledgeable. Helps you work with the insurance companies. Won’t take your car until the parts are there or work can be started, where applicable, so you’re not without your vehicle any longer than necessary. “I hit a pothole and blew my tire. After waiting for AAA for 4 hours they finally told me they couldn't help me. This was at 2 AM. I had to find my own towing. Ryan came out in about 20 minutes and handled my brand new car with care. Even in the pouring down rain he kept a positive attitude. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in an unfortunate and terrible night. I recommend.”

They absolutely knocked this Bradford Built flatbed build out of the park! From start to finish, the team was amazing to deal with, super professional, incredibly accommodating, and truly invested in getting every detail right.
Herb and the rest of the crew were with me every step of the way. They kept me updated throughout the entire build process and were always transparent about what was happening. Their communication, craftsmanship, and overall dedication made this one of the smoothest projects I’ve ever been part of.
The final result exceeded all expectations. If you’re considering a Bradford Built flatbed, I highly recommend giving Copes a call. “I was driving all week with a broken passenger side turn signal- between the rain, my work schedule and it getting dark at 5 pm, I just couldn't get it done. So finally on my day off I was in the Lansdale area and had some time to kill waiting for another business to open and decided to do a Google search of auto repair "near me" that was open on a Sat and found Randazzo's. I called and they said they could squeeze me in. I arrived and the mechanic took my keys and drove my vehicle inside- clean, nice equipment, multiple bays. In and out for $20 bucks. That $20 isn't going to make them rich, but they definitely have a new customer if I'm in that area again for repair or a vehicle inspection before buying.”

I was informed of every little detail about the car and the buying process.
