We had the pleasure of having James as our salesman . He was terrific. Not pushy at all and worked with me making sure I was happy with my choice. Sam the manager was very accommodating even allowing me to take home the ottoman top so we could make sure color matched and was what we were looking for.

“We recently hired Spayd's Custom Pools to build a pool for our backyard, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. This was actually our second time working with them—they did our front yard landscaping a few years ago when we first moved in, and we were so happy with the results that we didn’t hesitate to call them again.
Once again, they delivered exceptional work. The quality and attention to detail were top-notch. As someone who works in the design industry (though not in landscaping), I was especially impressed with the design plans—they nailed it on the first draft, and I didn’t need to make a single change. That never happens!
The owners were incredibly hands-on and communicative throughout the entire process. I always felt in the loop, and the service felt truly personalized. Despite what felt like endless rain this year (east coast summer of '25), the pool was completed much faster than I expected.

“My washer wasn't spinning my clothes dry. My husband callederb electric. They were there the next day, diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes, and had the necessary replacement parts on the truck. All in all, I was back to doing wash in less than an hour, including the fact that they ran the washer to make sure it would spin properly. Just got the bill- 88 bucks for labor and 57 for the part. More than reasonable and I definitely recommend them”

“Jamil at the customer service desk was absolutely amazing! He is the prime example of EXCELLENT customer service. He was friendly, professional, patient with a positive attitude. Both my husband and I were very impressed. It's been a long time since I've had an experience like that. Will DEFINITELY go to Temple Target even though it's a little further from my house solely due to today's experience. Hopefully Target sees in him what the customers do.
