“I came to the AT&T store on 5th St Highway with inquiries and the idea that I might leave with a phone if things made sense for me and if I was able to not exceed my budget. Shykiki was an absolute gem! I had many questions and at no point was I made to feel like I was being a nuisance. I was met with a very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient employee who was able to juggle multiple customer without making anyone feel rushed. I can in an hour before closing but in no way did feel like I was not being attended too. Shy made sure that everyone was helped and I can tell that she is a hard worker and that she loves her job. The customer service was BEYOND. I now have an iPhone 17 Pro Max with insurance and accessories and I didn’t break my budget. I couldn’t recommend this store or Shykiki any more. I will absolutely be coming back to try and get an Apple Watch and Air Pods. I will be asking for Shy and you should too!!! Thank you AT&T and thank you Shykiki.”
