“Riverview has been our “go to” company and source for all our landscaping needs since we moved to our farm. From beds for privacy, hardscaping for accessibility, and overall beautification around our property Mike H. and his crew have done a phenomenal job. Their plans and ideas have far exceeded our own and the recommendations they made keep the deer at bay . We look forward to seeing Mike and his crew every Spring and Fall. Not only do they keep our property looking magazine worthy but they are so professional and polite! Not a weed in sight when they are finished and what is left when they leave is much easier for us to handle and maintain as we get older. Mike H and his crew aren’t just our landscape professionals- they are our friends. This month we have expanded our friend circle; with the addition of Aleks S from Riverview to our clan of trusted caretakers. Aleks added a pond behind our spring house. The Riverview crew brought my Husbands vision to life bigger and bolder than we thought possible. Aleks has a huge wealth of knowledge. We learned how our pond works and he explained each stage in detail. The pond is stunning. And his choice of landscape plantings around the pond complements what Mike and his crew have done throughout the property. It looks as if the pond has always been there! Just like Mike; Aleks and his crew were wonderful, polite and professional. My Husband and I are beyond thrilled with everything Riverview has done for us over the years. I would never think of using anyone else to help us maintain our property. Please go into the store! I have made many a trip for myself and for gifts for others. Their gardening and craft classes are so much fun. The staff at the store and nursery are equally kind. I assure you not only will you leave with what you want or need but you will also leave with a smile. Thank you to the entire Riverview family for all your care, compassion and commitment to keeping Berks County beautiful!”

“I was simply out enjoying the scenery, ie some good snapshots worthy of canvas, when I came across a goldmine of a garden center/gift shop ?. I was in a state of awe for about 2 hours as I slowly tried to take it all in. Obviously it's off season for summertime blossoms but the 'mums' n pumpkins ? have made their entrance! Esbenshades is definitely a place you don't want to miss as you ready your 'scares for fall ????. I'm sure Christmas won't disappoint either ...shh?, one at a time please. 5 stars ?⭐️?✨️”

“Who ever is pushing their customer service needs to pull back the reigns. I had not 1, not 2, not 3 but 6, yes SIX different employees ask me if I needed help in less than 15 minutes. I ended up not getting everything on my list because of how awkward I felt. If a customer needs help, they’ll ask.”

“I've only been in this particular area for around 7 Weeks; but this Home Depot actually has Customer Service that responds to what your asking or inquiring about. That ALONE put this store in the top bracket compared to other Home Depot's ive seen and been to.”

“We received a damaged piece of furniture from Home Depot.com. We went to the Wyomissing store and were greeted by Wanda at the customer service desk. Wanda was extremely helpful and understanding. She went out of her way to advocate on our behalf with Home Depot.com to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Wanda for your help and service!”

“I visited this store to look at barn doors and was immediately greeted at customer service by a charming gentleman named Frank. He pointed me in the direction of the product I was looking for. As I looked at the doors there was no one back there, or they were busy. But along came a forklift, he was picking something up..but HE STOPPED to see if I needed help. Top notch customer service in my book. He told me he had to drop off what he was picking up but he would come back to help me. His name was Aaron. Aaron was SOO HELPFUL! He took the time to answer my questions and complete my order for me. Truly the BEST!”
