“First time here, and I already love it. Warm, homey atmosphere, and the staff is sooo friendly and helpful. I loved listening to the friendly banter between themselves and other customers. It's a small store, but well-organized, and I did find a bunch of things in spite of the store's size at great prices. I've gone to much larger thrift stores and left with nothing. I even called and asked if they still had a coat I had been looking at, and the lady even put it aside for me. The employees here love their jobs, each other, and their customers, and it shows. Feels good, too, knowing that this store exists for a good cause.”
“I could not have been happier with the folks that came to pick up our donations. My mother in law passed away and we had an apartment full of furniture. They sent 2 trucks and 8 people to pick up the furniture. They were very efficient - getting the job done in an hour and a half. They could not have been easier to work with or nicer! “As a life long thrifter, I can spot “a good one” pretty easily and this location is a good one. It’s clean, there’s always parking, the staff is friendly and cheerful, and the quality of items is much higher than other thrift shops in Reading. The staff really should get a special shout out because their helpfulness really is above and beyond other Goodwill shops in the area. You guys are great. I wanted to keep this place a secret, but thought I should share with my fellow thrifters.”
“I walked in to browse for used stuff in late march of 26. They had a wide array of used tech from video games and movies, that were reasonably priced, to guitars and amps. There were some other electronic stereo equipment, tools and hardware. The staff didn't interact with me but seemed friendly. I was going to get a couple of Blu Rays but decided against it. I didn't try to sell anything so I can't say what that is like, but it really is a what you see is what you get type of place.”

“This place wheels out rows of bins to go through every so often. Lines of people wait to quickly go through the bins. Instead of paying for an item, you pay by weight. It's like a controlled black Friday sale.
They did accept my credit card.”
