I’ve taken my vehicle to this shop before over the years because of the excellent customer service and workmanship…and that service didn’t change at all!!! “Went to Minooka Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. It was the most pleasant, fast and honest service I have ever gotten at a dealership. When the car was ready (about 35 minutes) and I went to pay they did not try to upsell me anything (cabin filter, wipers, etc) they said my tires were going to need to be replaced soon so a tire rotation was not necessary. That's honesty. Very highly recommend.”

“I love the vehicle that we purchased. Unfortunately, we had to take it back to be serviced 3 weeks after purchase (which is why I only gave 4 stars) . Needed new front brakes and rotors. It's a 2022 Toyota Tacoma so one would think they would have checked that before selling. Staff was very nice and accommodating otherwise.”
