“This is an interesting little farm market but what really stands out for me is the selection of seed garlic every fall. I have been to a major garlic festival in New York that draws 20,000 visitors annually but have seen a greater variety of garlic right here in my own backyard.”
“Cute, friendly place! We stopped for a mum and also got some beautiful, fresh cut flowers. I would imagine the lovely lady who assisted me was the owner. We will be back! Thank you!”
“This was my 2nd time coming here and I just love it. I love that you can find all of your needs here. I also think it’s very important to shop local and support businesses such as this one. Great addition to our community. Great service, food, and such a comfy vibe. Ty for staying open later as well!”
“It's a great and genuine experience store in South Whitehall. It got really wonderful values and products in this place of area. Because I like to come here a lot! ???”
“Nice variety of selections, but not overwhelming. They carry everything i need, in an efficient space. Deli is very nice. Staff are helpful and friendly. What more can you ask for.”
“Good selection of food I love their homemade cream cheese and strawberry and I like their little Clarence rack I should go in the door on the left cuz I like to drink seltzer water and there's usually some there and their ice cream always is reasonably priced nice family clean store”
“Josh and Jasmine’s customer service, care, and kindness were much appreciated by my family and I. We were turned away by the CVS across the street but these two saved the day! Thanks again so much!”
“On whim the other day, my dad and I picked up three cheeses from the farm stand to serve at our holiday meal today. Oh, my goodness, how delightful a decision that was! The Thistle, a brie-style, was very delicious, either on it's own, or with a touch of honey. I'm excited to get this again, and see how it changes season to season. The ash-rind Witchgrass was a beautiful surprise! Rich, but bright and tart, it held up to strong flavors, like my homemade onion jam with citrus and peppercorns, perfectly. I can see an infinite number of serving possibilities for this one. The alpine tomme style Marigold went beautifully with dried fruit and toasted almonds, but I'm really looking forward to popping it under the broiler on toast tomorrow! I'm so very thrilled to have such skilled cheesemakers so close!”
“Bought 2 bags of potatoes last week. Ended up throwing almost every one of them in the trash because they turned bad really fast. My husband said he thinks there is a bad 1 in them when unloading car. I checked a few. My fault I should have checked them all. Even as bad as they were I could not smell them. Also what is with the bagels? Do they freeze them? They are also sticky. A few of the younger cashiers need be a bit more friendly. Pharmacy folks are awesome and always very helpful. Very pricey groceries. I know please don't tell me about ALDI right down the road as you did in another review. We usually don't have a problem”
“The Dollar general had everything that I needed. It's a Dollar store but this one was nicer than most it's well stocked up on most of the stuff that they carry and the place is very clean. The staff always try to help you and will go in the back to try to find what ever it is you are looking for if they don't have it on the shelf. Don't believe me stop in and just ask.”

“Aldi has good bargains like most stores do, but what I appreciate most is their Sourdough bread, which is a lot more affordable than Whole Foods. They also have their own brand of cheese 10 slices for under 2.00 and Kombuchas of their own that are also affordable.”

“I was surprised they were still open, at 9pm. Sorry wasn't happy I was there to get chicken
If I read it right the chicken pack said you pay 5.80 but as I scanned it the price was 8.00 plus. I'm sorry if I had my Weis card maybe it would have been that 5.80 but as I see it if it said you pay 5.80 it's 5.80 card or not. This is why I don't shop their most the time. It was late an I need chicken for my sick dog..”
“We love this market!! The soups are amazing! We love the raw milk and goat milk products! I'm always finding something new that I love! And now they have a coffee bar.?”
“Even the self checkouts don't work. Way understaffed with cashiers. The employees are terrific, but don't waste your time with the store manager. It's "not his fault" . He's "only been here 3 weeks" and customers are the problem. Save yourself a headache, drive to Reading.”
“The pizza is outstanding, and you can order vegan cheese and order in advance without paying until you get there. The pizza experts Evan, Crystal, and Jen go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. They are an unbeatable team of highly-trained, gracious, and conscientious professionals who go above and beyond to create each pizza meticulously with love. They have never failed us once. Thank you so much for making such a difference with your acumen, excellence, and warm enthusiasm.”
“Almost every one in that store is helpful. Michelle and Joan at checkout are really nice. The cart guy is too. The older white haired tallish lady at the deli on the other hand....not so much. She has the attitude of a rabid rattlesnake. I waited at the counter. She was told I was there. She never even looked up and acknowledged I was there. Way to go on good customer service. I think I was extremely detailed of my experience at your deli.”
“When I had trouble, the attendant came out and helped. She was very friendly. I think her name was Donna, but don't quite remember. She didnt treat me like I was stupid or another "problem".She was very friendly and communicative. Thank you!”
“The people who work there are very nice and friendly people. I'm new to the area and didn't know about the Weis rewards card. And the clerk was very nice and let me know about it. And showed me how to get one. I thought it was very nice of her to take the time to let me know about it. And another time I was at the sea food counter. And one clerk was looking for something on the outside of counter, he stopped and asked me if I needed help . And I did need help deciding what to get.
It's the little things that makes the difference between good customer service and bad ?.”
“I get good service at Weiss stores but I have one concern. When a transaction is completed, I would like to hear, "Thank you" instead of "Have a good one".”
“Ever since the new store manager Robert took over, it has been an absolute delight to shop here. Store is very clean and well stocked. Employees have an improved attitude. Just goes to show what superior leadership can accomplish.”
“I just wanted to thank the people working at the bakery dept. on Saturday morning 6/7/2025. They went out of their way to ensure I had my graduation cake in time for the party and to Colin who delivered it. I also told everyone at the party how pleased I was with the service and if they ever need a cake they should go there.?”
“I love this place and it over at the velodrome, which means it is right down the road from me. Everyone is so friendly and they remember their regulars. Best place to get local items!”
“I have been going here for a couple of years now. They are always friendly and the line goes quickly. The prices for prescriptions are low.I am so glad i switched to this pharmacy.”
“This is going to be my go-to store! It’s so much closer to us than other stores, that alone is a huge bonus. The prices are good, the workers are helpful and nice, it’s clean and tidy and they have a decent variety of merchandise.”
“Park in lot on left and walk to guard shack to check in and for directions. Weigh on way in and out. Unloading quickly. Probably overnight is cool, but you’re in a neighborhood so idling is probably not.”
“There are many DG but this one is top 10/Topton’s. The workers are always doing their best to keep the shelves stocked and then the register. They have always been kind to our family and extra helpful when our kids walk to the store to learn how to be more independent. They have come back with stories of how the cashiers have been helpful and patient with them on more than one occasion. Although it is a chain, the people that work there are what make the store better than other locations.”
