“I am happy to give a five star review to this excellent storage business. From my first contact to my last visit, the customer service at this establishment is gold standard. After I secured my unit I received a call from Cindy welcoming me to Guardian, which I felt was an added bonus not usually experienced. Then I received the best assistance from James, who not only processed my account, but walked me to my unit and answered my questions, which meant a lot. Receiving a welcome bag and a free heavy duty lock was an unexpected pleasure, and secured my good feeling about this business. The place is easily accessible, extremely clean, utility carts at the doorway in the loading dock making moving in easy. The office is welcoming and I watched the same courtesy that I experienced extended to another customer who was securing a unit. James actually walked him up to where I had my unit, and discussed his needs in getting a bigger one after seeing the small one. I am impressed by the level of service, and while some would say that they are just doing their jobs, I would say they made it easy get what was needed with attention to my details in a kind and courteous manner, not often seen nowadays. Here's my advice....try this place when you need storage, and you will not be disappointed!”

I never expected to have such a great experience where I upgraded to a bigger unit even! I love how peaceful the location is. BONUS! The manager Jeannie - is amazing! She is patient, kind, easy to do business with, and extremely savvy with how to get me an upgraded unit that was on special! She definitely understood me and my stressful lifestyle & was very accommodating towards my needs. The facility is clean and well-run. Plus you can rent out a moving truck if you need to! “Oh my goodness, Sam is the most amazing and accommodating business owner. We needed to rent a unit quickly for our daughter (we are out of state) and he took care of everything. His prices are extremely fair and he had multiple options for units. He was professional, prompt, and caring. We knew our daughter would be in good hands with Sam. His unit was clean and had a large amount of area to traverse being able to load and unload. What a relief to have met him, we knew our daughter would be taken care of.”
“They are a good size with a light and average rent. I had mine for 6 months and the cost is causing me not to be able to afford an apartment or home to live in. It does add up especially with extra charges add later. But the owner is nice and Rich. I help that as I am still homeless at 69 and lived with my service animal in my car in a very, very cold winter.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the Manager Mike, and the drivers Ed and Vince. We originally got a pack rat container and they totally screwed us over every which way they could. We decided to switch our second container to Pods hoping for a better experience. The pack rat container was so poorly placed the pod couldn’t be delivered. The pack rat container wasn’t picked up when it was supposed to so we couldn’t even get the pod redelivered. So we changed to self load. And as any move goes to crap and has its struggles we just couldn’t get there by 2pm. I called customer service and they said be there by 3pm. Apparently Pods customer service didn’t relay that to the site so when we got there there was no container. Then Ed arrived. I asked him if there was any way to get our container tonight and explained the mix up. He called his manager Mike and he told him to go ahead and set out the container. I don’t know if they were sympathetic to our situation or if they are just genuinely that nice of people or both. But they went above and beyond and I am so incredibly thankful for their whole team. If your even thinking about moving and doing some sort of storage or shipping container, don’t trust a company that has rat in the name. Take it from me. Pods will get any and all of my future business, though I genuinely hope to not be moving anytime soon again.”
