“I bought a Jeep here about two months ago and that process was seamless. I didn't feel forced to do anything and the sales person, Chris Arndt was extremely helpful. Fast forward to yesterday, I was driving and the Jeep started shaking (a common problem apparently). I called, they got me in immediately and even gave me a loaner car. The car has been fixed and Jason was extremely helpful. There was also a disgruntled customer there while I was dropping my car off. He was upset he had to leave his car and it would take a few hours. He was not happy. I am not sure who the person was behind the counter, but he handled it very professionally. If you are getting a Jeep or Dodge, I would highly recommend them.”

“I made an appointment for my car via their online scheduling. It was super easy and I received a phone call the next day to discuss details of my issues. The gentleman was very kind and upfront about costs for diagnostics and if these issues would fall under the warranty. We were told the part needed would be in the next day and they’d call us when it was ready for pick-up. We were able to pick it up the same day as the part came in which was great. When I walked in to get my car the woman at the desk was so sweet, quick and efficient. The whole pick-up process took 5 minutes and I left with my cars issues resolved. No car issue is fun but they made the process quick and easy by being so communicative and kind. We would definitely go back (hopefully we won’t need to though!).”

“Jen was very responsive when I first submitted an inquiry on a new Chevy Bolt EUV, and made the time for me to come to the dealership the same day (on a Saturday afternoon), which was greatly appreciated. A previous experience with 3-D collision in Conshohocken and they were terrible. They put a huge scratch on the roof of my car and then refused to repair it.Caliber collision was staffed by very friendly unprofessional people. They provided routine updates via text message on my car. Was ready a week in advance of the originally promised date. Looks good as new!”

“The guy that was in the parking lot changing a battery is a good representation of what customer service is. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. It wasn't the guy that rang me out. I was in a hurry to get down to my daughter who ran out of gas on the 17th. Cold as heck outside. I needed a gas can. I was ready to head out back down the road because I didn't see one, he stopped me on the way out and asked if I needed help while he was still helping the other customer in the parking lot and pointed me to the gas cans. The other staff member, whom I didn't even notice, rang me out. Either way, advance is usually my choice compared to awful zone.”
