“Last year the AC on my 2009 Honda CRV finally quit for good after some front end damage. I took my car to DeWane's. Dave diagnosed the problem ; a burned out compressor, leaky condenser coil and cracked radiator which did not surprise me. I had the car back in a day-and-a-half and at a fair and reasonable price for all the work plus inspection. I have been using the heck out of my AC since then and it's working perfectly. “Part 1: It was Christmas Eve and I left work early because I had an emergency (a nail broke, lol). When I left the salon, my car was dead. I got on the phone trying to find someone to fix my car and also someone to tow it. My regular mechanic was willing to take it that day and give me a loner car, so I could go to my Christmas holiday with family. They recommended Dunne's towing. Dunne's had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes! The guy was so knowledgeable and so kind it was a pleasure (almost) to have my car break down! PLEASE don't go to anyone else to get towed or your doors unlocked, etc! This is the company arrives when promised, provides expert service, and are overall a pleasure to work with! For a very fair price and in two days, the mechanics at Tropical Auto Repair replaced my radiator, alternator and belt on my 2008 Toyota Highlander. She is running like a gem again! “I just picked my Jeep up from Dominick's Auto Body on Nutt Road in Phoenixville. What a first class operation. They finished my repairs within the time they promised, which is not always the case. The car looks like new and has never been cleaner inside or out thanks to their detailing of my car while they had it in for the needed body work. “Wentzel’s have worked on my RV several times and I find them to be very good and fair with their pricing. As a matter of fact, I have requested to change the radiator fluid and I was told I may be spending money unnecessary that it may bev premature to do it work at this time. Since my RV was used when I purchased it I figured it would be a good thing to flush out and change the radiator fluid. However in their opinion, the previous owner probably had changed it recently from what they could see and I should just hold off and not do it, so,they could have just done it without telling me what their opinion was instead, they saved me money.”
“They were able to squeeze me in 3 days after Christmas before driving home to Massachusetts. Unfortunately the part I needed wasn’t able to be delivered overnight, so they gave me a temporary fix so I could drive home safely, as well as an exact write up of what was needed so I could get my car fixed while at home. I was only charged for an hour of time to diagnose the issue. Great service, great communication, and quick work!”
“Bought a car here and from the first phone call to picking up the vehicle George and Melanie were so nice and helped make the process very smooth. I was informed of every little detail about the car and the buying process. They definitely go the extra mile and when I left to drive home 1,200 miles away I felt I had a safe and trustworthy vehicle to get me home. “I used this towing service for the first time on Monday, July 21st. It won't be the last! My car was at a local shop and had to be towed to a dealership. Jamison's was right down the street. I went in before going to the garage and asked how long it would take to get a truck. Thankfully, someone was available and met me at the garage.
The driver's name was Jimmy. He was great. My car was difficult to load because of the issues it had. it couldn't be put in neutral. The guys at the garage didn't know what to do, but Jimmy found a way!!
Upon driving with him to the dealership, I told him what happened. He just experienced a driver a few days earlier with the same vehicle who had the same thing happen. When we got to the shop, I was able to relay this to the service department.
When we were done, Jimmy didn't have any calls so he was going back to the shop. Since I lived near him, he offered me a ride home.
I originally had my car towed with a tow company affiliated with my roadside assistance. That was a mistake for other reasons.
If I ever have to have a tow, or know someone who does, I will have them call Jamison's. I had a great experience in light a bad situation with my car. Thank you, Jimmy and staff for all your help!!!”
