“Wilder Perez is the golden standard of customer service. I had a close friend recommend Wilder to me to help with a simple question regarding my cell phone bill. Little did I know, a few weeks later I would be contacting him asking if there was anything he could do as my phone number was compromised. Wilder not only took my phone call, but remained with me for over 2 hours on the phone while I worked with other Verizon support staff to resolve my issue. He did this all in the evening, on his own time while at home. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, reassurance, and knowledge to help me through a very stressful situation. Wilder is the type of person you hope to have on the other line when you need assistance. Thank you!”

“I worked there for 7 years, and was legitimately terminated for my own issues. So I think this 5-star review carries additional weight. They make a concentrated effort to sell the best quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Their Customer Service analyzes and addresses all buyer feedback, both positive and negative, and takes appropriate action. right on up to the top of the command chain. They take every measure to ensure that their on-line listings are accurate and not misleading. I've never known anything about this online retailer to be shady or questionable.”

“I just have to share the amazing experience I had buying a TV and sound bar at this store recently. Shoutout to Joe Rubin, the outstanding sales representative who helped answer all of my questions in a clear, informative, easy to understand way. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I did not feel pressured by him, and he took his time with us. He helped us every step of the way and was so personable. I also had a great experience with KJ who checked us out and scheduled the mounting and delivery. It was a breath of fresh air to receive such friendly service. I would shop here purely because the talented, knowledgable, and friendly staff I encountered.”

“Eli was a great associate who was able to help me get a new phone, when my current one would reset every five minutes. Despite the trouble, the annoyance of it resetting, Eli was patient and kind and was able to get me a brand spanking new phone. From an iPhone 13 that didn’t work and would reset, to a brand new iPhone 17 pro max. Couldn’t be happier. Everyone who gave a poor review of this store clearly didn’t get Eli as their associate.”

They have exceptional customer service and their gear has always been 100% dependable. Renting from them has always been stress-free. “I’m a local lived here for quite some time now. Frequently shop here, the night crew is awesome (Manami) has great customer service skills as well as the other two gentlemen, the morning crew, tho not the same it’s a mom n daughter that work and have very very poor customer service skills. I think they choose not to treat all equal. I’m sorry I don’t speak Spanish but neither does American currency. I work hard for my money and can choose to spend it wherever I want, honestly just want to be treated equal and fair she definitely needs more D.E.I training Diversity Equity Inclusion”

“Michael was incredibly kind and patient with me today. I was having an off day, had my toddler with me, and was trying to purchase a new phone when my card declined several times. While this women seemed frustrated cus she was waiting on Michael after he told her a 20 min wait, Michael never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. He was supportive, and helped me work through the issue until the transaction went through. Michael had to go to lunch and introduced me to Felix they both reminded me of something important. Shoutout to Apple for these incredible men. To that lady judging me, talking about me while looking down on me to her husband. You never know what someone is going through, and everyone deserves to be treated with patience, dignity, and respect. Their outstanding customer service made a lasting impression on me, and I am very grateful for their help.”

“I've bought two appliances from David's. Both times they listened to our needs, showed us what met them, and we bought exactly what we needed. They didn't try to upsell us or play games with pricing. Fair pricing that includes delivery and haul-away. They deliver on time and are fantastically helpful. They also service what they sell. I'll never go back to a big box store to buy anything that David's sells.”

“Yoan Really Helped Me Out When I Was Stressing About My IPhone Not Working and I Just Spent $669 On It The Same Day. I Came Back The Next Day Because Nothing Would Load Then He Fixed It For Me. Mind You, Yoan Was Still Learning and He Fixed The Problem For Me. I Would Suggest Him To Anyone. There Are Some Things I’m Skeptical About As In They Won’t Give A Receipt and The I Wasn’t Told About The Insurance Of The Phone Until After I Purchased. Just Be Careful .”

“I come here every morning for coffee although there are closer options. I have never had any problems and I come here pretty much every morning for 2 years. The only unpleasant experiences are because of rude CUSTOMERS. The owner is none of the things that others claim him to be. Some of these comments seem to be getting these same rude customers. He's a no nonsense type of guy that sets boundaries with rude customers in a professional and assertive manner. Don't listen to the negative comments as I have seen what he deals with on 3rd shift”
