“Stopped by today to purchase some feed for my horses. I was asked several times if I needed assistance finding things which was awesome! Everyone was so helpful. I also want to mention, James! He checked me out at the register and made my day! Truly service with a smile. Offered me the TSC credit card and asked me if I wanted to use my rewards! James is awesome! I look forward to seeing him again!”
“Very helpful and knowledgeable they have a lot of harder to find items and keys. May be higher in price but they make up for in knowledge and experienced workers”
“They did not have exactly what I wanted, a man spent time looking for a substitute that worked somewhat and recommended amp place that may have the proper part. Good service.”
“I have purchased lawn equipment and a grill from them as well as mulch, soil, etc. There is no better customer service in the Lehigh Valley. Griffin and Harry are truly the best.”
“Great local hardware store with everything you could need. Guys working on the floor are very helpful in locating what you need and answering questions. Older lady at the cash register is not the friendliest.”
“Exceptional Employees! Excellent work ethic. Humanitarian.
I must say, I’m beyond delighted and thankful to have gotten my water pipe work done by this company because of the 3 employees who performed it.
Since they arrived, WAYDE, RAFAEL and NOAH were super pleasant and amicable; the job was supposed to be “a regular one” until they pigged open the pipe. The pipe was so corroded that it broke while trying to pull it out. That extended their work hour way above the expected. All of the sudden, a house, up 2 houses from mine, got on fire and they didn’t hesitate a bit to drop their tools and ran inside that house. Wayde and Noah helped bringing couple of people out from one house (my neighbor & I at the other house, twin house). They went all around both houses, back yards, windows, making sure nobody was inside until the fire dept arrived. Then went right back to their work and kept on working on their pipe with the same amicability, pleasant personality. Finishing the pipe work at midnight. I take this time to write this small recognition because, despite the frustration I believe they might of about the broken pipe that extended their job like 5 more hours, they didn’t even blink on hesitation to run towards that house on fire, and then return to his job finished it and still (at 12am) were so friendly and willing to explain the work performed and the next day steps to follow. Always with a big smile….Specially Wayde and Rafael whom I interacted the most. Thank you guys!”
“Shocked me with some of their inventory. I was doing work on one of our vehicles and needed 2 exhaust studs. They had a better selection than Autozone and exactly what I needed.”
“I snuck in near the closing time of the store. I was welcomed quickly and shown where the items I was looking for could be found. I noticed the store manager jumping on a register while trying to get everyone through the checkout lines. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely go again for other hardware needs in the future.”
“Dave, you’re a great help. Thank you for taking the time to walk me through my dishwasher project. It was a pleasure to have been helped and taught by you. Thank you for your great service. I will definitely return future hardware.”
“Service was friendly and attentive. The repair of my generator was going to take longer than expected but they kept me in the loop and offered accurate time frames.”
“Inside seems like a pretty standard woodcraft with lots of great options that are in well managed/ organized displays. The best part of this store though is their classes and the teachers. Even if you have no experience with woodworking, I can 100% guarantee you will have a wonderful time in any of the classes taught by Vinnie. We have done two turning classes with absolutely no foundational skills but his classes (1 wood Christmas ornament in 2024, 1 resin pen this year 2025) have been a highlight of our holiday season. We look forward to our class and you will too.”
“Looking for a major appliance?
Hit up Barbara! She helped me over the phone after I had gone in to see the what the store had in stock.
Best part, when my dryer was delivered there was a dent on it.
I called her to let her know, she had a new dryer order with in two days to have the dented one replaced.
I did not have to struggle like I have previously with their online store department.”

“I am so glad I switched to Eddinger Propane. They are easy to work with, provide great service and are priced competitively! I also like their portal. It makes ordering very easy.”
“I love this store and the prices match the quality! The plants are beautiful. The paint selection perfect colors and all. I also love to visit the household cleaning items. Zep, micro blue towels and trash bags 150 for less than $20 a must! I'm always in and out with a special greeting each time never fails. Might I had that I was looking for oops paint and was taken directly to it! I even looked lost cause it's huge and a young lady took notice and ask me if she could help me.”

“Just put in entire master bathroom remodel with Kohler fixtures that were extremely difficult to source…last minute…on back order…
Simon was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He sourced my fixtures (shower bodies, trim kits, etc.) and kept me updated as to shipments and arrivals. I could not be happier with my experience at Groce Supply. This is the second time they have gone above and beyond for us on short notice..highly recommend!!”
“Went for a piece of equipment and the shelf was empty, but the staff were very helpful and went back to check in the back. They didn't find one, but the supervisor (Dylan) went back and looked again and found the last one. He was very helpful and nice. Store was clean and organized. Not too often you get employees that go out of their way to help a customer, so when you get one - shout it out.”
“Very pleasant experience today, as we walked down the aisle we had three associates ask if we needed help. One associate went out of his way to find what we were looking for. Good job”

“Elie in the tool rental is great! Top notch customer service which is so hard to find these days. We will go out of our way to this Home Depot now moving forward because of Elie! Thank you for making our experience awesome in a world that doesn’t care anymore.”
“Seems no issues. Surprisingly better then Bethlehem. I thought it would be the complete opposite. This my first time shopping here. I hope they won't jinx it. Lol.”

“Very great experience here! Greeted warmly by all associates. Took us to where we needed to go and found the correct item we needed. Showed us where other items were. Friendly and knowledgable staff.”
