“We were looking specifically for a larger multi hold birdhouse, and we found this place online. They had two in their store and the owner got them down for us to look at. He was very knowledgeable about the questions we asked ( being our first time birdhouse buyers ). We bought one and also decided to get a goldfinch feeder. We hung the feeder and we are totally enjoying watching all of the goldfinches eating from it. We are happy with both of our purchases.”

“Service is top-notch. I had purchased a large dog crate that I never opened, well past any other stores return policy, but it was never opened. Braxtons returned without a question. As a purchaser of raw/frozen food for my standard, you must be very careful where you buy. If the raw food is not stored properly, your dog can get very sick. My standard has been sick 2x in her life and it was when I purchased raw at another store. Family owed business are the BEST! If prices are higher than other "chains," its worth the extra money for quality and service!”

“Francisvale is such an incredible shelter! We were looking at a kitten online and after some very kind phone calls & emails we came into the center to meet him. It is very clear that the animals are extremely well cared for and the staff loves them. In particular, Cristina and Dorothy were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We adopted our kitten, and they were so excited to see him go to his forever home. A few days after the adoption I was hoping to get some advice regarding making sure he felt completely comfortable and at home and both Cristina and Dorothy were quick on the phone with me with some incredible advice and ways to ensure he became acclimated quickly. They also followed up a few days later to confirm that things were going well. I have never had an experience so comfortable and kind, and it is so clear that this place is not about just getting animals to a home, but pairing animals to the correct family and lifestyle. I could go on and on, but you just have to go in and experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.Just a warning they do not do same day adoptions. Though, any animal lover would know that this is a sign of an extremely reputable shelter, as it gives families the opportunity to consider hard if a pet would fit comfortably into their life. Same day adoptions lead to much higher rates of animals placed back in shelters due to decision making based on emotions.”

“Great place, we just adopted a kitten here and they made everything extremely convenient. Answered phone calls, emails and sent up an appointment that worked for us. Also provided a lot of information on the kitten along with medical/ vaccinations records.”

“Had a great experience here purchasing our pomeranian puppy Bella ( Formally Tinana), the staff was very helpful and polite. The place was well kept and clean and even smelled good as well. The puppies are definitely spoiled with lots of attention and other puppies to play with. We will definitely be coming here in the future thank you guys for such great service!”

“My husband and I went into this store this morning looking for an impact driver. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted pleasantly by the cashier first, and then by the manager, Courtney. We didn't know that Courtney was the manager until we called the store later to let the manager know how terrific she is, and how wonderful she was to us. Courney showed us what we were looking for, found it in the locked supply case, and explained to us that we could get both the Makita and TCS in-store warranties for very little extra money. Also, the impact driver that we picked out just happened to be on sale, saving us $55.00! So we ended up getting an extra battery and the impact driver with 4-year warranties for both. Thank you Courtney! This TSC store knows what customer service is! I would recommend them any day.”

“Lidl has SO many products from all around the world in a relatively small store. You want food from Germany, Greece, all round Asia. All kinds of specialty foods, and everything for extremely good prices. Way better than Giant”

“I'm really struggling to understand where any of these bad reviews are coming from. I have a major suspicion that they're competitors or just people suffering from entitlement that didn't have their butts kissed upon arrival. Every single time I come here to get my rabbit's nails clipped or to purchase food for my healthy tarantula (which I bought here with guidance), the staff have been so helpful and friendly. The entire store is always kept clean and the habitats for the animals is some of the best natural husbandry I've seen aside from Cuboid Nature (an aquarium store in PA). I drive the extra 15 minutes because I love the staff and the cleanliness and beauty of the enclosures.”

“I bought my all white female Guinea from pet supplies plus and she immediately bonded with my other Guinea who needed a companion. They became the best of friends instantly and love being in their hut together or playing around in their playpen. They just recently met and won’t let eachother out of their site!”

“I am writing this review and giving it 5 stares based solely on Janis who I believe is the manager at this location. Dealing with people can at times be a challenge. Every time I walk in with my dog Lucy she greets us with a huge smile and a warm welcome. She takes the time to acknowledge Lucy with a few pats on her head and a treat. From what I can tell Janis is a very loyal and dedicated employee as I have been in there when an employee did not show up. And yet still with a smile and a warm greeting. She always does her best to make sure she has Lucy's food in stock and helps with any questions I have with new products that I am interested in. We enjoy our weekly visit to Concord Pets to see Janis and pick up Lucy's food and treats!”

“This is my....excuse me, Milo's favorite place in the world. YES! PETCO! I feel a little scratch on my leg every Saturday morning. Looking down, I always know I'll see my eager little buddy, Milo, my Chihuahua. He knows what day it is and exactly where we should be...Petco. This place is like the dog park for him. He just goes nuts. Once in, he's like a hound dog that has latched onto a sent! They simply provide everything I need. We just browse the online options,click,payand we're on our way!”

Heather probably spent an hour with my ten year old son to help get everything he needed for the leopard gecko he will hopefully be getting soon. she literally built his reptile tank rom top to bottom with every single piece his gecko will need. we are first time buyers so this was helpful beyond words for us, thank you for the time and info you gave us. peyton can not wait to see his gecko!!”

“I was looking for a coat for my 95+ pound Boxer. He has an auto immune disease so his fur is very thin and he requires a coat from the fall to the spring. This coat is great because it is easy on/easy off. The fleece lining keeps him nice and warm and the nylon exterior keeps the water off him in bad weather. Overall, this jacket was an amazing find and I highly recommend it:-).”

“Our pup went for his first grooming session. Our clinician went over and above any groomer we have ever been to see (previous dogs). She not only contacted us the day before, but also orchestrated every aspect of his care so that he would be comfortable. He looks fantastic too!!!”

“The dogs love to walk around this store and see people and other dogs and sniff the shelves for the best toys and treats. It is odd that at home they snatch every toy or treat but here they know that it is not theirs. The customer service is generally very good. I took a star because prices can be a bit high but we still go and shop for the dog experience”

“I just got a puppy so I have visited this Petsmart many, many times in the past 2 months. I think they're great! I have purchased various things, used their grooming service, visited for Santa photos, etc! Petsmart is pet friendly so I often bring my puppy along with me. I highly recommend this Petsmart! First things first, their app is great for discounts...but you need to activate the deals..it's not automatic. Sign up for a Treats acct to earn points towards dollars off your future purchases. Keep an eye out when you're supposed to earn bonus points because twice I've had to email corporate asking to add my points to my account. My puppy is a rescue and Petsmart offers a great coupon booklet for free if you rescued your dog. Just bring in paperwork validating your dog is a rescue, give them the # related to your Treats acct, and the booklet is yours. Great coupons inside including one for a free bag of dog food! My first purchase here was for puppy food when I found out I was bringing my dog home. I wanted to buy what his foster mom was feeding him. Petsmart not only had the food in stock but it was slightly better priced than chewy...much better priced than amazon. I found a coupon on the shelf that the dog food company had left for customers and earned Treats points! The store has lots of options of different products, outfits, toys, etc. Grooming - I have only been for the puppy bath, brush and trim. My first visit was well priced (discount for new grooming clients) and Amanda did a great job. I thought my puppy would be in and out but she kept him for 2 hours. Amanda took time when I was picking up my puppy to give me recommendations on caring for my dog's coat and when to come back. The booking process is easy online. Petsmart also constantly has coupons/deals on grooming. In the past 2 months I've seen buy 2, get 1 free; $15 off; etc. I also bought a $100 gift card and rec'd $15 bonus bucks (black friday deal). Training - I'm going to give it a try. Again, very well priced. The training area is fairly small but I have a small puppy so I think it will work out. There are endless deals on training as well. One I just rec'd is $40 off a package of classes. One time when I went in, their was a promotional co there and I rec'd a free collapsible water dish. Santa - We just had photos done with Santa. I didn't know what to expect so i'll leave some detail here. You must sign up for an appt ahead of time. They do not stick to the time. You arrive, check in, and then get in line. The Santa was not a great looking Santa but you got the idea. Humans can be in the photo. You can take the photo with your cell phone or if you want to be in the photo, there's someone from the store available to take the photo for you. This was all free. Petsmart is surrounded by two free parking lots. Parking is easy!”
