“I blew a front brake hose on my aunts van. I called them on a 911 basis about this, since it is my aunts only mode of transportation, and asked if they had ANY same day availability, which they barely squeezed me in. Checked most of anything that dealt with the brakes (pads, rotors, other hoses, calipers etc.) and said I was good to go after they changed the one hose, tightened the other lines and topped off brake fluid! I will recommend these guys any day!!!”

Jim's got her right in and had the car repaired, even with needing a BMW part, super fast. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. As a parent, it is comforting to know that if she needs anything for her car, Jim's is right there.”

“I wish I could give this shop and Sawyer more stars than 5. My family was stranded four hours from home with an alternator issue.. Sawyer answered in a Sunday and came in during time off to look at the vehicle. He traveled a total of 8 hours over two days to pick up the alternator that worked for our car. He offloaded other work to other mechanics to make sure we could have our car timely because we were stranded. He was reasonably priced and truly saved us in a time of need. He worked so hard as if this was his own family in this situation. Please consider this shop for your needs!”

He was excellent at fixing things and finding a way to make something either work or a replacement part. I’ve been so sad to hear of his passing and called to wish his family condolences. “A few weeks ago I called the garage after I ran over a razor blade and needed my tire fixed asap. It was about 10 minutes before closing and Don told me to head right over or he offered to come to me. I was able to make it to the garage and he fixed my tire. Today my check engine light came on and again I called and asked if they had any availability for me to swing by and if they could run a scanner on it. I was told to come right over. When I got there Don came right out, scanned my car and told me what it was reading. I asked what he’d charge me and he told me nothing. I highly recommend this garage. I greatly appreciate Don fixing my last minute problems for me!”

“I used Auto Motion to inspect my vehicle because they were able to get me in the next day after I called. They provided a great service and called before completing any work that hadn't been discussed. When the gentleman called me to tell me that my vehicle was done and I told him it would be a little bit before I would be there because I had to walk, he came and picked me up. The mechanic took the time to show me the parts that were replaced on my vehicle and explained what he all did. I will use this garage again in the future. I highly recommend using Auto Motion for for your vehicle's needs.”

They were so quick in fixing our tires and trimmed our bumper so that we could be back on the road again! Would highly recommend for hospitality, efficiency, and great work.”

“We were passing through town on our way to a wedding, and all of a sudden I couldn’t steer my truck. Buck’s showed up 5 minutes early with a tow truck and another truck to pull the trailer we had hooked on. They got us to the shop, had the part we needed, and had us out the door in under an hour. We were treated well and it was awesome to watch the team work. Fair pricing, great service. If we lived in the area this would be our go-to shop.”
“My car broke down along the highway. I had triple A tow the car to Walter's garage. Initially he said he could have the car done on Friday and this was Tuesday. I expressed the need for it as soon as possible. I recieved a call the next morning my car was done. I asked if he could also change the oil. Without hesitation he said yes and also fit that in very quick. But the real shocker is the fact that he is very fair with his prices I for the first time did not feel like I was overcharged at a garage. I would tell anyone and everyone that this garage is the best. Super friendly and I cant think of a single thing that wasnt great about my experience.”
“Encountered tire issues traveling from Scranton back to Missouri. Thought I could use tire sealant but it did not work and I limped into Mausdale in the middle of the night. With no appointment I showed up at Mausdale Service Center the next morning a little after 8am. They were able to look at the tire and determined I needed a new tire as it could not be plugged or patched due to the cords separating. I am a furloughed Federal employee and needed a super cheap solution due to not being paid recently. Ernie and crew were able to find me an economy tire and get me back on the road by 10:30 for under $110. They treated me with respect and found a solution that fit my needs and budget in short order. I would not hesitate to go there again if in the area and it seemed like a lot of the customers that morning were on a first name basis with everyone working there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a bonus, the tech who road tested the tire didn’t blink an eye when my dog crawled up into her seat thinking we were on the road again. Thank you Ernie and crew. I am forever grateful for your service.”
