“I am happy to give a five star review to this excellent storage business. From my first contact to my last visit, the customer service at this establishment is gold standard. After I secured my unit I received a call from Cindy welcoming me to Guardian, which I felt was an added bonus not usually experienced. Then I received the best assistance from James, who not only processed my account, but walked me to my unit and answered my questions, which meant a lot. Receiving a welcome bag and a free heavy duty lock was an unexpected pleasure, and secured my good feeling about this business. The place is easily accessible, extremely clean, utility carts at the doorway in the loading dock making moving in easy. The office is welcoming and I watched the same courtesy that I experienced extended to another customer who was securing a unit. James actually walked him up to where I had my unit, and discussed his needs in getting a bigger one after seeing the small one. I am impressed by the level of service, and while some would say that they are just doing their jobs, I would say they made it easy get what was needed with attention to my details in a kind and courteous manner, not often seen nowadays. Here's my advice....try this place when you need storage, and you will not be disappointed!”

I never expected to have such a great experience where I upgraded to a bigger unit even! I love how peaceful the location is. BONUS! The manager Jeannie - is amazing! She is patient, kind, easy to do business with, and extremely savvy with how to get me an upgraded unit that was on special! She definitely understood me and my stressful lifestyle & was very accommodating towards my needs. The facility is clean and well-run. Plus you can rent out a moving truck if you need to! “I used the storage here for a year and I never had an issue. You can access your unit between 6am - 10pm. You have to use a code to get in to the building and the system works smoothly and offers security. I’ve also rented several uhauls from this location. The process has been simple each time. And the employees are courteous and helpful.”

“Facility was always clean. My only complaints in the 3 years I had a unit was the chat function didn’t always work and that their office closed at 5:30 and I couldn’t get there from work prior to 6. It would be nice if one day a week someone was there later.”
“Fair pricing and convenient location. It's a 2 level facility with outdoor units as well. I appreciate the 24 hour access and indoor units! It's a very secure building and they offer carts and an elevator for transport of your belongings.”

“This location is well kept, very clean and very friendly employees. Lots of space and just a very safe storage facility. There are multiple entrances (most are car accessible) that allow easy access in and out of the building.
Marcus has the answers to any and all questions related and is super friendly and approachable.”
