“I picked IAS because of past experiences so I called for an appointment for my Volvo and had a selection of appointments. The team did their best to accommodate me and my car. At drop- off there was no confusion as far as who I was and what I was there for. The service desk was well attended and ready. My car was looked at very quickly and a detailed description of what the problems were was relayed with both email and a phone call. This place had no incentive to do the right thing, but still made space for me and prioritized the fix when I had no other options.
