“I recently took my 2022 F-150 Lightning to Badell’s, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Finding an EV-certified shop is not easy, and unlike Caliber Collision—who isn’t EV certified—Badell’s had the proper training, tools, and knowledge to handle my Lightning the right way.
They got me into a rental immediately, the entire process was smooth, and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. Not only did they repair my truck perfectly, but I also received way more service, communication, and care than I expected. They made sure my vehicle was safe, protected, and restored beyond my standards.

Tamara was an absolute pleasure to worth with up front. She was sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She would call with weekly updates too, which was such a nice touch. Zach is a masterclass of a dude. He completed the job (had to have a whole door and fender replaced) perfectly and worked with me a ton. Not only was this all reasonably priced, but it was rather quick for the amount of labor involved- and completed without sacrificing the quality of the job at all. Verone’s did an outstanding job fixing my bumper that was badly damaged on my 2012 Maxima. My car looks like new. I would definitely use Verones in the future. Additionally, they deduced $198.00 from the price as they did not have to repair the undercarriage. I am now keeping my car rather than purchase a new sedan. Excellent, professional and trustworthy shop.”

I also work in customer service/sales so I know how important these customer satisfaction metrics can be and also that sometimes there is not necessarily an update to be had. “My back window was broken into and my wallet stolen at a playground. That experience was traumatic for my daughter, and left us so stressed and upset. Insurance tried to refer me to a closer place, but after doing our research my husband and I decided to drive a little further to Concord auto body to get my car fixed. It had great reviews, and my father used them before as well and had a great experience. They turned what was a horrible encounter with a criminal, into making me believe in humanity again. They detailed the car after, and it looked so good I wanted to cry. They even took time to add some screws I was missing on my license plate. So much attention to detail! I wanted a Subaru outback for over half my life and to have it broken into was devastating, but I am SO grateful we chose Concord auto body! Phenomenal job and customer service skills.
