I took another look at the sign and it gave a phone number to call for assistance. Reluctantly, I called the number and was able to talk to someone right away. What a pleasant experience on the phone. I talked to a woman by the name of Sandy (I think), and was able to rent a unit right away. I had access to the unit immediately without the big hassle I anticipated. The agent was efficient, personable and professional. I must say, she is an asset to this company. It is very rare to get someone on the phone who has all of those great qualities. Calling the number and reaching the person I did to take care of business made my whole week. Couldn't have been any better!”
