“You see the face of this dog? That's the face of a dog who has destroyed every indestructible toy she has had her teeth on. It says destroy proof for heavy chewers? She finds the one weakness in 2 minutes and it's torn apart.
I go to this store and they recomend me toys that are meant to be destroyed. They have multiple layers to rip off and a little surprise in the center.
It has been a month and a half, and she has only just now starting ripping out the inner layers through one teeny tiny hole she has been working on.
Hands down the best toy I ever bought as it's lasted her a thousand times longer than anything else. She goes crazy on it every day!
Love the workers that recommended it to me. Many toy options to find.
Also a nice wide selection of dried foods and fish for cats. Extra protein for my picky eater!”

“Has everything you could possibly need for your pet. More stuff for cats and dogs vice other pets. The dog washing stations are fantastic. Has all you need to wash and dry your dog. Water, an apron for the human to wear, shampoo, towels, and driers.”

The brand we get is part of a “buy X many get one free” promotion PSP has but THERE IS NO PSP app -_- and giving your phone# doesn’t show your points (also weird it’s 2025) so we have to rely on going on the website for deals . It said we had 10 more to buy which impossible bc we are in here once a month. I showed Casey the purchase history (had exactly 12) and found out that “free one” expires (ours did a week ago -_-) which also odd . But Casey let us have the free bag . S/o to Casey and Niah for their kindness . PSP get AN APP! Or pay me to make one !! Patrons , CHECK YOUR WEBSITE AND SIGN UP FOR POINTS!!”
“Took my daughter's dog Maze for a spa day. Lol! Maze was really rough to groom when we first started take her there. But she has warmed up nicely to Sam. He's very patient with her. She always looks great when she's done. Love the little bandana too.”
“They did a fantastic job with our golden retriever, Finn! We just rescued him about a month ago and we don’t think he had ever been groomed. They did an amazing job without having to explain what we wanted done. Scheduling was easy and the owner cares about her clients. Very reasonably priced and will 100% use them again. Our family said he looks younger with his new cut!”

“I am an elderly female with a very powerful Pitbull which is not friendly with other dogs. She is fantastic with people as long as they do,not try to hurt me. The trainer and floor associates recognized me immediately outside and for warned me of large number of dogs inside store. I was ready to cancel her needed rabies shot and try for another time when they very quickly stepped forward to assist me in getting the shot accomplished. Their concern and overall kindness with both me and my pet Lady was amazing and definitely not part of their job discription or my expectations. They made sure my pet was weighed then vet and assistant cared for her and gave her her needed shot in grooming are using outside entrance for me to enter. Then I went to,pay and trainer stepped forward to stay with Lady so I could go into store and do this. Great experience which I almost believed To be an impossible accomplishment that they made possible for me and my Fur Baby with as little stress as posssible. They are amazing and I definitely will continue to my food and treat purchases from them and will continue with my Petco Vital Care Premier membership. I will also highly recommend this Petco to others.”

“I normally don’t write a review on big chain stores- but I absolutely had to. I live in Canonsburg so Washington TS is where I have gone since they opened many years ago. One time I waited with my little daughter for help for 40 minutes. Staff is so rude in WASHINGTON. Well I forgot to grab my horses feed- and we board near this location but have never stopped as it’s like 13 min past our location. I would drive 30 min past our location to come to this location!! I wish I knew the wonder lady cashier’s name.. but I remember the name Jeremy! They both deserve something from their employer. I was in a car accident about 3.5 weeks ago and my strength isn’t what it was so at the register I was struggling to get the bar codes/ flipping the bags. The cashier was so patient and interacting with my daughter. She promptly called Jeremy for help.. he even then went above and beyond and he walked out to the car with us- and loaded the bags of horse feed & big cat litter bags into the trunk for me- I honestly couldn’t have done it without him I used all my strength getting them in the cart lol. But SO friendly interacting with my 3 year old & talking about little ones. They both even had the same face palm reaction when she pulled a $14 dinosaur figurine by the register to buy… lol we all laughed together and she was just happy with her dinosaur!!
Thank you BOTH- and you have a new customer for life now. My horses feed + Cosequin is not cheap but I feel so much better spending it there with happy people!”

“I've been to this store many times and I always find new and useful stuff, from pet supplies to hardware to clothing. The product is great, the prices more than fair and the people happy and helpful.
My only suggestion would be the rather awkward checkout configuration. 4 registers are around a rather large island, but you have to walk around to see what register is open. Sometimes you push a cart around one side of the island, only to have to back up a heavy cart loaded with bird seed and pet food to the opposite side of the island when cashiers vacate their position for whatever reason. This checkout configuration is not efficient.”

“The food here was absolutely amazing the filet was peak but the staff kept screaming at me but that didn’t stop me from enjoying the amazing salmon and even better they had exotic food like snake meat and Gecko meat it was out of this world until three wild dogs ripped me limb from limb but no matter how much blood I lost that amazing taste will never leave my mouth.”
