Allowed me to tour the lockers to assess my size necessary for my move and listed all the different types and prices as well as amenities that the place offered. Can not appreciate him enough.”

The facility itself is spotless. The unit was clean when I moved in and every time I visit, the hallways are clean and well-lit. They also have a truck that you can rent, which was easy to drive and accommodated all of my furniture.
Location is another huge plus—easy to access and conveniently located. This place goes above and beyond. Between the outstanding management, pristine conditions, and great location - I would strongly recommend.”
“Great experience, easy move in, friendly service. Unexpected rate hike a few months in but it was lowered a bit upon request. Overall not a bad experience, just make sure to get a longer term rate to avoid any surprises!”
“Contacted ExtraSpace 3/02 to discuss moving to a smaller unit. Ivy informed me that after change in contract terms, I would have 2 days to complete the move. We made the move 3/10. Jeff was extremely helpful when executing the new contact. The staff here are most efficient and kind. It's always a pleasure doing business with this team.”

“The owner of Carnegie Self Storage also manages this facility. I have been looking for a storage place for our trailer/jet skis. I called Carnegie Self storage and was told by the owner they were full. He did say if an opening came up he would call me. I kept looking for a storage place, it was disappointing because some place charged way to much or they were at least 20 miles away.
Then out of nowhere I got a call from Carnegie Self Storage. A vacancy suddenly occurred due to a person having to move. The owner is true to his word, and the facility has a video monitoring system. Additionally, it is completely fenced, you enter the place with a personal code. One last thing, it is only 1 1/4 mile from where I live. Win, win?”
