“I felt at home a warm welcome, Michelle is a spitfire she stopped immediately, as she was vacuuming, to attend to my needs. I have a pair of worn sharkskin cowboy boots that I'm getting done and she suggested new heels and all the services I need. I can't wait to see them. I'll post that later I have a before and after photo. But I've also had service at this place before when they redid my gloves that I use everyday when I teach snowboarding impeccable detail and they've held up for over 6 years. Plus there's nothing like walking in a shoe store and smelling that great leather and a smiling face to greet you. You will never get that at a big box store. Go see Tiny Dancer Michelle if you need anything repaired be a leather boots gloves probably belts who knows they do it all they'll get it done right the first time for you take it from the Shark”

“I'm liking Macys more and more because the trashy clientele are hanging out at Nords at the other end of the mall LolMacys employs long term americans so I like that. I will say that the elevators need an overhaul. They smell like oil. They need more employees. The workers in the shoe dept suck. Slow and unhelpful Where's the work ethic of my generation?”
