“Nothing but praise for the team at United Tire of Phoenixville. I took my recently purchased, high-mileage, '06 CRV in for some trouble I was experiencing while driving it. It sounded loud and it drove rough, it took forever to accelerate, and it was burning gas like a 16-wheeler. The team looked it over and gave me two possible causes and estimates. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me, and answered all my questions. I don't know much about cars and I've never had to deal with an older, high-mileage vehicle, so I was particularly anxious about the safety of the car. Jake and Bob were so friendly and helpful when they walked me through what to be paying attention to and how to take care of the car after I got it fixed. I took it back to fix the exhaust system and after the repairs the car drives damn near like new! At least a lot smoother and quieter than it did before UToP replaced the exhaust. It's been a week since that repair and I've experienced no other issues; the car runs beautifully. The 12,000 mile/1year warranty on the work performed gives me peace of mind that if anything does go wrong with the exhaust in that time frame, I can go back to this team and they'll take care of my vehicle. On top of their great work ethic and solid repair, these guys are just super friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. When you walk in, they make you feel like you're going to get your car fixed by your buddy of 10 years, even if they've just met you. Amazing customer service. To everyone at UToP, thank you for your hard work. My only regret is that I don't live in Phoenixville to make this location my dedicated shop!”

“This time at Bimmerworks I only needed to get an oil change, but looking at the last visit’s inspection report, I was due for a cooling system flush which I asked them to do. While I normally do a “drop off”, this time, I scheduled the work while I waited and the team did the work very timely. Their inspection noticed the beginning of a rear axle leak which they said could wait until the next visit. These types of recommendations and an honest lack of urgency of certain repairs makes Bimmerworks such a great honest place to get your BMW work done. I have an X7 coming out of Warranty and I will be bringing it to Bimmerworks this winter. Their front office staff is so nice to work with. Great work all around!”

My alignment is looking good. They also did a detailed check on everything to make sure nothing was broking from that sneaky curb that bit me.

“This is my go to repair place for my 2006 dodge sprinter van. I have traveled all across the country, constantly needing repairs, and this has been my favorite place. I am from New Jersey, but I go to Pennsylvania a lot and always wait until I am in this area to get something done. They are very good at diagnosing the problem. I have had an issue for two months and I have gone to several places, but this is the only place that could fix it. They are very quick at getting parts and doing the labor. I believe they give fair prices. I always leave with a smile on my face and feeling satisfied with my service. “This shop and the mechanic (sorry I forgot to ask his name) are extraordinary (I mean it). First of all, they are very busy, with a lot of customers. That says something. I went there to replace a leaky tire. The mechanic does not behave like other staff in other shop - he waved me to go to him to quickly explain my need (as I said, they are very busy!). Before this shop, 2 other shops had told me that the leak was unfixable so a new tire was needed, and they did not have the new tire (a scenario sounds familiar to many in many such shops). At this shop, the mechanic did a quick check, told me that it's fixable, and took less than 5 minutes to put a plug into the leak, and sent me to leave without paying any. What?! Can you believe it? For many years I have been used to being overcharged by mechanic shops for repairs or oil changes that I don't trust, but this one... Wow.
Initially I ddin't believe such a simple fix would work, but after few weeks we have driven the car on highway for many hundreds of miles now.
This shop and the mechanic are really extraordinary.”

“Incomplete PennDOT road work on 252 in Valley Forge cracked my rim. Made it to Mr K’s garage after closing. He put the spare on no charge, checked the damage, and offered to order a replacement rim. I was able to cancel the tow and drive home safe before dark. Godsend he was open after hours. Thank you Mr. K!!”
