“I had an excellent experience with staff here today. I don't usually shop here because I live in the next town over. So I do not know the layout of food/ drink/ etc. I was pleasantly surprised to have no less than 4 employees ask if I needed help looking for something AND let me know the best deals and/or coupons/rewards available. I realized at the end of my trip that they were actually prepping to close I felt extremely bad but was also impressed that not one but of pressure was felt to leave sooner.”

“I go here all of the time and it's a great stop for quick shopping sprees when you need something quick. Workers are polite. Great location for the people living in the rural Spring church area. You can literally get anything that you need there. Very noticeable from the road. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to go to the craziness of Walmart, and just wants small grocery run”

“This is a descent grocery store for our town and a lot of people would be lost without it. I wish the owners would put some money into fixing it up though. It's not in terrible shape but it is a bit of a maze and it can be hard to find stuff sometimes and the store just looks like it needs some love. It's clean and the employees are great but it could use some paint and floor wax kinda love. But I guess that is typical of a country grocery store too...”
“They are doing much better now that they have a different manager and have been open a while.. The gentleman who is always there and manages this store is so nice.. They have a hard time keeping employees, (It seems many businesses are having trouble with staffing right now) so he is stuck working alot but He still remains so very kind.”
“Its a Giant Eagle. This one so happens to have an Ace Hardware store attached to it which is kind of convenient. The employees at the checkout are always friendly. As I said, kind of a run of the mill Giant Eagle, not much to say. Which is more of a good thing if anything”
“I have been going to GE in Allegheny Township for the last 10 years. Most always a good experience but sometimes it does get busy and crowded. As any grocery store some items are too pricey but love the buy one get one free deals on the meats and other items. I always shop for the deals.The employees are always pleasant most of the time.(We all have a bad day from time to time) No issues with parking.My only complaint is the people who decide to stand in the isles and chat with no consideration to the shopper trying to shop. But that's anywhere. Most Everything I need in a jiff is there!”

“As much as the newer owners try to make this place like a superchain supermarket, it falls flat.The prices are hiked too much. The new owners know that they depend on residents of the town that can't get to other stores, dollar general, family dollar, dollar tree, etc.So this place knows that they can upcharge, because the residents of this town, mainly the elderly population that can't drive or have any other means to get their necessities, will have no other choice but to come here.The employees are wonderful, except Gloria. She's a, well, she's a, See You Next Tuesday, yet for some reason, she's still employed after so many complaints have been lodged against her. I'm not sure.But I digress, honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place if you can help it and that's just fair.I went in for a box of toaster strudels and paid 2x the cost of what I would've paid at giant eagle.It's just not worth it unless you're purchasing tobacco products which are at state level requirements.”

“Clean convenience store well stocked with a lot of different items. They sell lots of great coffee! It is very busy during the middle of the day. They keep it neat and orderly. Note that there isn't a public restroom., and none nearby. It is the only decent gas station near Apollo. Parking is really tight. It sits on a busy intersection and caution is needed to maneuver in and out. I'd like to see the owners completely refurbish this facility.”

“Reasonable size, but missing some items you will find at the mega stores. Easy to get in and get out quickly. Lottery, deli, bakery. No pharmacy. Adjacent stores include liquor, Hallmark, UPS, Foxes Pizza, decent oriental restaurant, bank, beer distributer, others.”
“Have had issues, but the same has happened elsewhere. Find me a perfect pharmacy that has not irritated someone at some point. Staff is normally nice., but like anywhere else you can always feel when it's been a stressful day. So pooh pooh on the really bad reviews. No human or business is perfect...hence the review process...ugh!”
