“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm! My husband, our 8-year-old son, and I stopped in right before closing, honestly just planning to browse and get an idea of what was available. We were not expecting to purchase anything that night.
BJ, the floor associate, was immediately friendly and welcoming. He didn’t just ask what kind of mattress we were looking for — he took the time to ask about our sleep, health concerns, sleeping positions, snoring, sleep apnea, and what would actually help us rest better. He was very attentive and gave us an interactive demonstration of the adjustable bed frames, as well as the differences between plush, medium, and firm mattresses.
BJ was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed, even though we came in so close to closing time. He worked with us on the numbers and stayed well past closing to help us get great terms on our new Tempur-Pedic bed and adjustable base. We truly appreciated his time, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommend asking for BJ!”

We decided it was time to revamp the entire wall and create something totally different than what was there when we purchased our home. Dave, DJ, and his team made my vision come to life. They were honest and easy to work with. This job required using different companies to partner in the creation of our custom surround stone mantle and Dave took the lead on managing the entire project making it less of a hassle for us. The Valor firebox recommended is beautiful and heats the home perfectly and the mantle is exactly what I envisioned. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Dave and DJ! I have tried to take pics from all different angles, but the camera does not do it this mantle justice. It’s now the centerpiece of the room.”

“I live in MI and the closest Lovesac store to my house is 3 hours away. I happened to be in town here for a business trip and stopped at this Lovesac store to see some fabric types in person to replace my existing sectional covers. I was helped by Gray (Grey?) who was amazingly informative and spent a ton of time with me answering the questions I had about the different fabrics and their durability. Gray/Grey even took the time to show me the tool they use in store to keep the ultra velvet looking nice and gave me info on their routine for that. Great service, wish I lived closer so I could shop at this particular store in person again/more often!”

“It’s New To Me is a fabulous consignment shop! I could spend days and days savoring all the treasures. There is so much to see, and yet when I asked some of the marvelous staff about a certain item I was looking for, both staff members immediately went to various places in the shop and found me specific items that I wanted. The owner Elaine is so knowledgeable, smart and approachable about whatever you may be looking for. I would highly recommend this shop to find high-end items at a very affordable price.”
