Work got done, took 10 days longer than estimated, some panels gapped tight some not, was painted but left runs on the edges when asked about them was told you have to leave the car longer to fix it. 3 weeks was long enough. For some UNKNOWN reason the carpets were soak and wet to the mildew stage, when asked what happened was told we always hose down the carpets, just put some baking soda down it'll ok? wasn't the worst but not the best business encounter.

This place did an excellent job with the work on my charger. They kept me updated with text messages and phone calls throughout the process. Additionally, they also did extra work on my vehicle at a reasonable price.

UPDATE:Larry (the manager) reached out a few weeks after my initial review and offered personally coordinate my repair. He expedited scheduling and coordinated with the rental company. I dropped it off Monday and it was ready Friday afternoon. The staff even waited beyond closing time to give me an opportunity to refill the rental with gas. The repair was high quality and the car had essentially been DETAILED! This 2nd experience was 5 star!WASTE OF TIME! This place was referred to me by my insurance company as one of the preferred providers to streamline the claims process. Taking it to one place and having them handle the estimate, reimbursement, rental car scheduling, etc. sounded like a perfect way to reduce headache and hassle!I took the car in for an estimate in mid june, they took my info and said to bring back the car on 8/8. I brought the car on 8/8 and they said they had been trying to contact me but it turns out the number on file was off by a digit. I was on the schedule but they did not have a rental car available. Fine, numbers get inputted incorrectly. We updated the number in the system and i made sure she read it back to me and we rescheduled for 2 weeks later.On 8/12 i receive a call from the rental car company confirming my vehicle for 8/22. Awesome. I was happy gerber coordinated this AND somehow, the rental car company has the correct number.On 8/22 i go to gerber to drop off the vehicle. Deja vu. “We’ve been trying to call you but didn’t have the right number”. The scheduler was quite passive aggressive. Generally mumbling under her breath “excuse me for speaking”, etc. She treated me like it was my fault my phone number was wrong in their system and that we hadn’t corrected it 2 weeks ago. Furthermore, she read it back to me and transposed the numbers. Never did she acknowledge it may have been her mistake or take ownership of the issue. She was able to get me scheduled to some unknown date in the future. I declined since I did not want to suffer this interaction a third time. Recently wrecked my vehicle and my insurance referred me to Gerber Collision. They were right on top of everything. They were quick and kept me informed along the way. It was extremely helpful to be walked through the whole process since I have never experienced this before. Bonnie was exceptional to help me with this process. My vehicle was sent here after an accident to assess the damage. Bonnie took care of us from the beginning and towed the car because it was unsafe drive. She and all the employees we encountered were extremely helpful. Dealing with Gerber Collision was the one bright spot in this whole mess although the car was a total loss.

Well, when you no call and show at your job, you get fired. Consider yourself (or whoever you represent in your replacement glass service) fired. I have 2 emails telling me the time my technician will contact me by and or show up - and no call, no show. So, after an hour, I call and talk to some lady who says “Hey, yeaaaah.. I’m not sure why they send those emails out....”. Well, you should get it together.

We recently took our car here for repairs after it was hit while parked. After talking to the insurance agency of the other driver, Gerber called me to schedule an appointment. The consultation was quick and pain-free. After the insurance company approved the estimate, Gerber called me again to schedule the repairs. While the car was in the shop, I continually received updates via text about the estimated completion date. It was slightly annoying because the date kept changing, but they eventually called and marked it as complete. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and picked it up Thursday afternoon. When I picked up the car, it had been cleaned on the outside and inside, smelling brand new. The bumper looked great. Based off this experience, I recommend Gerber Collision & Glass!

Nice folks, I had a problem with the back hatch on my Subaru. Instead of replacing my motor which everybody else said was wrong. They did a reset & everything worked out!

They did an excellent job fixing my truck after I was rear-ended. They replaced the bumper and running board, re-skinned and painted the side of the bed, and replace some trim. The truck looks great, and the work was done in just over a week. Great communication throughout the process.
