“We use this post office often, and it has really improved recently. The postmaster is nice and helpful. There’s a convenient drop-off area for prepaid packages, which makes things much easier. The space is cleaner and even has small seasonal decorations, which is a nice touch. Overall, the staff are friendly and pleasant. The only downside is the occasional rude customer—but that’s not the staff’s fault at all.”
“I came in 10 minutes before they closed today to retrieve a package I was unable to sign for initially and the lady that helped me was super nice and organized! Our mailman has also always been very pleasant during any interactions as well.”

“I live between the New Wilmington post office and the Neshannock post office. I definitely prefer New Wilmington. The folks at the New Wilmington post office are super friendly and knowledgeable - both qualities that are lacking at the other place. I always receive outstanding service and care at the New Wilmington Post Office.”
