“I was in a car accident in January and Enterprise was able to put me in a nice rental vehicle right away. I kept it for over a month while my car was getting fixed and the process was very easy. I just gave them my claim # and they handled all paperwork with the insurance company. I returned it late in the day and again, very quick and easy process. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“I am from Canada and I rented out a car from this location.I hid my passport under the shotgun seat, thinking that would be an ideal spot to dodge from any break in.If anyone wants to steal anything let them grab anything BUT not the Passport. However I forgot to take the passport back before returning and only realised about this until next day afternoon but this time the same car was rented out to a different person.Enterprise staff Chriss and mainly Philip K went and beyond coordinating and helped to get my passport back.Huge Toast and a Big Thanks to that good samaritan Customer who agreed to return it by cutting their vacation short, that way I was able to board plane and safe land in Canada.I was going through a panic attack and job in jeopardy.Human kindness retained.”

“This is the second van we purchased through AMS Vans. Our first one was 100% online 11 years ago and delivered to us in New Jersey from Georgia. “I went in today to get my check engine light looked at. Everyone was friendly, especially Oriana! I was nervous before coming in today, but she gave time for me to ask all of my questions and gladly answered them. She was very welcoming from the start, and transparent about costs/waiting time. I didn’t have to pay for the inspection as the car is still relatively new and under warranty. I did pay for wiper replacements, but it was a recommendation, and not from pressure. Definitely recommend Oriana!”

““I rented a car from Enterprise and it was so smooth that I thought I was driving on butter. The car was so clean that I could see my reflection in the windshield. The staff was so friendly that I wanted to invite them to my birthday party. The only downside was that the car didn’t come with a built-in karaoke machine. I mean, how am I supposed to sing my heart out while driving? I had to bring my own karaoke machine and plug it into the cigarette lighter. “Best rental experience i ever had Jeff assured me a car would be ready and when i arrived he wasnt lying he pointed out any damage and even sent me pics so it was no games or set ups. When i came back to return the car he called me a lyft to take me to pick up my personal car from the collision place. I gotta say if i ever need a car i feel as though i can trust the company based off Jeff’s work ethics and character i will be sure to keep his business card handy and reach out directly. Also he picks up the phone. You know how you call some places and get the run around not this place he was cool down to earth honest. So you will get your money’s worth at this location”

“Not sure why the reviews are so low. I went to this location in-person to pick up my card. For all those expecting the mailing to be faster, just go pick up the card lol. The lady working the front was super friendly and talked to me about cost effective ways to use the Zipcar. I didn't receive any extra charges on my bill, rented a car for 24-hrs and had no issues. Make sure you return the car to the lot that you got it, and if you plan on using the car for more than 8 hrs, you might as well rent out the day, because it will probably be around $100.”

“Most insurance companies go through Enterprise to get a rental and I personally don't like dealing with them until I met Ralph. He's not like most of the ppl that work there and he will do whatever it takes to help the customer. At the end of the day he will make sure you leave there happy and content with whatever vehicle you rent. If more employees handled customers like Ralph they might get more business that doesn't involve insurance company. Thank you Ralph for being so patient and understanding your a great guy”
