“We bought 4 beautiful kitchen stools 4 years ago. The swivel on one of them seemed off so I ensued the company on Wednesday about 7pm and I received a call in less than 5 minutes. The checked out my order and told me to bring it into the shop for a repair. I received it back after one day fixed and no charge since it was under warranty.
