“This is a very clean hotel and the main reason I'm giving it 5 stars. The cleaning service works very hard here, you can tell by the amount of time they spend in the rooms, and presentation is beautiful. They deserve 5 stars. For the rooms itself, I wish the fridge was bigger so it doesn't freeze everything, and a little more soundproofing. But, overall, very clean and would stay again.”

“I had a really great stay at Penn Lodge. I was traveling with my 3-year-old son and needed a place that felt clean, safe, and convenient, and this ended up being a wonderful choice.

One of my favorite things was the 24/7 virtual check-in and check-out. I had never experienced that before. It was through a computer with a real person connected virtually, and the process was super quick and easy. It felt modern, efficient, and very convenient.

The room itself was very clean and felt updated. I loved the wood floors because they made the space feel fresh and spotless. The towels were spotless, and the room had everything I needed: complimentary water, phone chargers, an ironing board, a small kitchen area, and even vegan shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and other thoughtful touches.

The staff was also very kind and helpful. A woman helped me find my room and even offered to get more sheets if I needed the sofa bed. I also believe I met the owner, and the whole place just had a very thoughtful, well-run feeling.

The only small things to note are that there was a moth in the room when I arrived, but I was going in and out with a lot of things, so that may have been why. Also, the room doors open directly to the outside, which I’m not used to and was a little nervous about at first, especially staying with my child. But I ended up feeling safe and comfortable. You can hear people coming and going nearby, but it didn’t bother us.

Overall, there were so many pros and only very minor cons. It was clean, convenient, thoughtfully stocked, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I had a great experience staying at the Dove Hotel in Bensalem. When I first walked into my room, I was amazed by how clean, modern, and inviting it was. You could immediately tell it was going to be a great stay just from the atmosphere of the room alone. I loved the overall look of everything and how well-maintained and organized it was. The Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. I also really liked the walkway and layout of the property—it felt peaceful and well designed. Overall, everything was very nice, up-to-date, and made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend coming here with your lover haha! I ended up being very romantic for the both of us!”

“Good hotel if need to be in the area. Came for a show at the Keswick theater which was a 12 minute ride away. Some construction going on so paper on some parts of the lobby floor. Receptionist nice at check-in. The room was clean with comfortable bed, the pillows not so much. The contractors set of the fire alarm early in the late afternoon. I walked down the 5 flights. But fire department cleared alarm quickly. It took another 10 minutes for the maintenance worker to get the elevator working. It was a fine stay at a clean hotel and served it’s purpose.”

“Kind of off the beaten path. The rooms are very nice and very clean. There are 2 separate buildings, which is slightly odd and means you may have to venture across the parking lot for breakfast. Overall, I would give it a 9.5 out of 10.0.”

“People and Relationships, made a huge difference at our one night stay over for an event.

Arrival night, Zaarish (thanks for the correction!) at the counter was very personable and tolerated out banter well. Made sure there was abundant coffee until 10pm and warded off all dragons - deserves a raise.

Departure, breakfast was great, and hot. Nancy on housekeeping was engaging upon talking in the hall as I was leaving the room and continued to serve by finding a lost item in our room - deserves a double bonus for sure and a raise.

Justin, at the counter for checkout was also very helpful and personable. He deserves to be the heir in line for ownership, and a raise.

“The room was very welcoming on arrival. It is very spacious. The bathroom was clean. Plenty of lighting, and, on a hot day, it is nice that the a/c was left running at a comfortable temperature.

The fresh coffee in the lobby was VERY good, with a number of options and sweeteners to choose from. I didn't have any, but nice to see there was popcorn available. The breakfast was standard, but had a nice variety as well: waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal w/toppings, juices, bagels/toast w/various add-ons. My wife can't have gluten or eggs, so that limited the options, but we did ok.

Full disclosure, I originally gave this 3 stars because of some issues that didn't get addressed during our stay. Management, however, followed up quickly and I'm satisfied with their handling of the matter. So I'm changing this to 5 stars as it really did meet our needs for our trip.”

We had him for breakfast and lunch and we was so happy to see him again . “we had a good stay! nicely cleaned room, comfortable bed, no bad smells, ac felt great, tv worked. the room itself doesn’t come with cooking utensils, i think we would’ve had to buy them at the front desk. soap bars and shampoo in packets were provided, as well as 2 cups. i had no problems there, it’s about what you’d expect from a 2 star hotel. also, the front desk lady, Christine, was very sweet! :D”

“Since redone the room was clean and nice,they had food an alcohol and they⅞ worked with me on the hours I needed to get in there earlier and they accommodated me. I didn't like the some of the people that were hanging out outside and and they kept asking me for cigarettes and money the only other thing was the potholes in the parking lot. Other then that the room was nice and the staff was friendly.”

“My experience so far at the Extended Stay America on Welsh Rd., in Horsham PA has been more than hospitable so far. The staff is excellent especially the little brother at the front desk named Rasheed.”

“My dad and I stayed here for a night and drove up that way to gamble. It's only a 3-4 minute drive from Parx Casino, and there's a back way that you can take to get to Parx, so you can avoid Street Road entirely. The hotel was really nice! Rooms were cozy with extremely comfortable, clean beds. Best pillows I've ever slept on during a hotel stay. We were told that there was a continental breakfast in the morning and while there was some food to choose from, there wasn't any hot food or much of a variety to choose from. We were hoping for eggs, bacon, etc., but it was still enjoyable. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back in the future.”

“This hotel is a little dated but still excellent. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and service was great! We loved the evening social hour where they provided snacks and beverages in the lobby. More hotels need to do this!

The rooms are spacious and fairly clean. The furniture was a little worn but nothing outside normal wear and tear. The pullout sofa wasn't the best night of sleep but fine for guests are visiting for a couple of nights. Overall, this place is perfect for someone who needs to be in the area for an extended period of time.”

“Our club soccer team recently stayed at the Best Western in Fort Washington, and the staff made our experience outstanding! From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Tracy and Virginia at the front desk were absolutely amazing. They helped us organize a meeting room for our Saturday night pizza party and even suggested a great local restaurant that delivered delicious food. Their kindness and attention to detail made everything so easy for our team.

Akhil, the housekeeping supervisor, was also incredible. He checked in with us throughout the weekend, made sure our rooms had everything we needed, and was always available with a smile.

The newly updated rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was truly the warm, attentive staff that made our stay exceptional. Huge thanks to Tracy, Virginia, and Akhil for making our weekend extra special — we’ll definitely be back!”

“The room was great for the price, the location was perfect for what I needed, but the best part is the service. My partner and I got into a car accident on our way back to the hotel. We are both okay, but we had to end our trip early to deal with the damage to his car. We were able to get a refund for the following night of our trip. Bonnie at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be back if we visit Bensalem again!”
