“I can’t say enough about Dave at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond trying to set up a new account for my teenager. We had a very rough time trying to switch the number from a previous carrier because the other carrier was horrific to work with. Dave worked with us to get the number to work and transfer and even came in the next day to help us. He was calm the whole time even when my teen was not calm! He has the patience of a saint! Everyone at the store goes above and beyond.”

I believe it was Jackson who helped me, I mean my phone was crushed, but he fixed everything on it to the front screen, back glass, charging port and made it look Brand New… all in an hour or so at an Amazing price!!! “Staff are friendly and informative. Went for cracked screen on samsung phone thinking it would take 15-20 minutes according to impression on site. Owner informed me Samsungs take about 2 hours or more depending on how busy they are. They did a great job fixing it but would have like to know that info before wasting time driving half hour there and back because I didn't have that kind of time. Husband took it the next day”
