“Last week I went into the store to upgrade a phone on our account. Trevor was our sales associate in the Bensalem store. He was wonderful in answering all our questions that night, so we decided to upgrade another line that same night. After that pleasant experience we went yo see Trevor again but at a different location (cause we only wanted to deal with him). We then upgraded two more lines on the account. If anyone is looking to shop Verizon for service I would recommend they see Trevor. He’s straight and too the point, and not someone who will give you the run around. Kudos to Trevor for making getting new phones (something that’s just as bad as buying a new car) a wonderful experience. We appreciate all his help and patience with us.”

I believe it was Jackson who helped me, I mean my phone was crushed, but he fixed everything on it to the front screen, back glass, charging port and made it look Brand New… all in an hour or so at an Amazing price!!! “Last night my husband and I stopped in the store to switch my phone over from T-Mobile to his plan with Verizon. After we arrived, we were quickly greeted by SteveN. He was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable right from the start. He went over our plan, phone and financial options in an easy to understand way, without ever making us feel like he was just trying to sell us something. While we were waiting for the data to transfer to my new phone, he was easy and fun to talk to which made the wait go by faster.
If you need to go to Verizon I definitely recommend requesting SteveN for a smooth, knowledgable, quick transaction!”

I initially came to remove my watch from my plan, but due to her friendliness, and her energy in general, I decided to explore my upgrade that I’ve been eligible for for years now.
She thoroughly laid out the entire plan and transaction. The purchase was smooth, and explained extremely well.
E truly deserves to be recognized. I work in retail management, and I was really impressed with her customer service skills.
The whole experience was really nice. Not only was this an exciting birthday gift to myself, it was a much needed interaction with somebody after some recent challenges in life.
