“The store manager and his crew were awesome. My parents drive a hybrid car that needed a new starter battery. The battery that was supposed to fit was not the right one. They called Toyota and worked out a solution. Offered my mom water because she sat in a hot car for 3 hours before we were able to get to Atuo zone, and a place to sit because of a medical condition she has. They were very friendly and went right to work. IBoth of my parents were EXTREMELY happy with the service highly recommend this store!!”

“My car, which I purchased at Jones Chevrolet, last year, had an issue with a tire, caliper problem. Mike, from the Service department, met me at the service area and looked at the tire. He ordered the part and said it would be done in a few days. They gave me a loaner car and he called the next day to tell me they received the part and the tire was fixed! I was so very happy because I was driving to Wisconsin in a few days to see my family and I was worried I wouldn't be able to go! Thank you Mike and the staff who made this happen!”

“I was having trouble starting my Ram 1500 truck. I thought that it might be the battery so I stopped in Advance to have it checked. The battery registered 791 cca on 730 rated. The salesman then checked out the starter which was only outputting 10 volts on what should have been about 14 volts. Since I have an extended warranty on my truck, I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment for repair. Many thanks to Advance Auto Parts on Market Street (Warren Commons).”
“I agree with the other review word for word. Torrey is a great guy. He is an honest mechanic who is just as concerned with giving you good service as he is with maintaining his business, and he will never cheat you or lie to you.
He fixed my Jeep three years ago and then just today he fixed my Rav4 that needed a new alternator. He is fair priced and upfront with you about costs. I would recommend him to anyone. He is my first choice for any major automotive issue.”

“One person's experience doesn't mean it's that way for everyone. Mistakes happen and at times they get pretty busy.
Here's my experience. I neededd a front strut for my 2008 Nitro they had one, I went down and picked it up, I didn't really give it a look over before paying for it the throwing it in the back of my vehicle, once I got back to Jamestown I stopped for gas at Dom's mobil on foote Ave. Where I decided to take a quick look at it and noticed the it was pretty well shot. I called Rareys once I got home and advised them of the issue they gladly found me another, I went back down the following day and exchanged it.
The second one was different in the way it mounts to the lower control arm. Since I had the original I was able to configure the second one to fit perfectly, it fit perfectly and function as it was intended. Thanks to the People at Rareys for being understanding with my concerns and making it right.
So people don't rush to judgment based on one's bad experience.
