“Jones Chevrolet has always been a familiar name of dealerships in my area but I never have done business with them. We were looking for a specific vehicle and I made a call to Jesse in the spring of this year and talked to him about what we wanted and when the lease on our current vehicle was going to be up, he told me to call him about a month in advance to the lease running up in the late summer and he'll take care of us, I made a call to him with about a month or so to spare with our current lease and he had already ordered a vehicle based on what we talked about in the spring.... (That is the kind of people I want to work with, he completely remembered everything from the time we talked earlier in the spring).... It came in with some things that we didn't ask for and he was hoping that my wife would like it, those extra things actually made us love the vehicle even more... Between him and his crew he made made the whole thing from beginning to end so easy and seamless. I can't say enough about the whole crew that we got to meet and work with as to they were all wonderful. I think we found our dealership for life and I'm really looking forward to doing business with them over and over again in the future!”

“The store manager and his crew were awesome. My parents drive a hybrid car that needed a new starter battery. The battery that was supposed to fit was not the right one. They called Toyota and worked out a solution. Offered my mom water because she sat in a hot car for 3 hours before we were able to get to Atuo zone, and a place to sit because of a medical condition she has. They were very friendly and went right to work. IBoth of my parents were EXTREMELY happy with the service highly recommend this store!!”

“I was having trouble starting my Ram 1500 truck. I thought that it might be the battery so I stopped in Advance to have it checked. The battery registered 791 cca on 730 rated. The salesman then checked out the starter which was only outputting 10 volts on what should have been about 14 volts. Since I have an extended warranty on my truck, I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment for repair. Many thanks to Advance Auto Parts on Market Street (Warren Commons).”
“Means got my car aligned and done fast! I took it to Warren Tire multiple times and they said it could not be aligned without $300 aftermarket adjustable camber arms. They played games I suspect because I was doing my own work. Means got it done and in spec without those aftermarket parts…. And for less $! Good Job and Great Service!”

“Terrible place, bought a motor with a bad timing case. Thy said to keep mor old mother till I could switch the parts thy said 30 day warranty but thy said nothing about 30 days to bring the old motor back . I drove 2 hours there to bring my old motor back and thy said its been to long, thy sent me away and kept my 900 dollar core charge”

“The guys here are so friendly and caring. They work with the insurance company and give you the service you need. A buck hit the back of my car and they checked it out to see if the car was still safe to drive while I waited for a quarter panel and tail light and scheduled 9 days total repair(and they kept their deadline) as the whole panel had to be cut out and welded new. You would not even know it happened. Excellent service, and they listen and treat you as a human being. I recommend them 100%”
