“I have been taking my car to Pine Auto for years, and I have never walked into a shop quite like it. The team is professional, honest, and genuinely kind. They play K-Love while they work and clearly bring their faith into how they treat people, which makes for a refreshing experience you don't often find at a mechanic shop.
Mario also goes out of his way to help. When my vehicle broke down at 8 PM on a Wednesday in the Whole Foods parking lot, he met us there, quickly diagnosed the problem, and helped get the car back to his shop. It was fixed and ready to go the very next day.
They handle a wide range of issues and always do great work. They never do more than is needed, so you can trust their quotes and the quality of their work every time. They stand by any service until they get it right.

He was more than willing to discuss and offer advice. Bob took the time and never rushed the conversation. That was really appreciated!”

“Roger’s shop at Boffs Auto Service came highly recommended to us when we first moved to the Wexford/Warrendale area a few years ago, but I never had the chance to use them until recently when my car suddenly broke down and wouldn’t start. I initially thought it was just a battery issue, but it turned out to be something much more involved.
When I called, I spoke with Val, who was extremely kind and upfront that they were very busy with appointments and likely wouldn’t be able to get to the vehicle until later in the week. This happened on a Tuesday afternoon. Even so, when I dropped my car off after hours, Roger was still there working. I briefly explained the situation and let him know I was hoping for at least a diagnosis soon because I have a young baby at home and needed to make arrangements.
That same evening, Roger personally called to let me know he was trying to charge the battery enough to get the car into the shop for testing the next morning. In doing so, he discovered the issue was something more significant. Then early the very next morning, Val called with the diagnosis, explained the repair and pricing clearly, and let me know they expected to have it completed by the end of the day.
To my absolute shock, my car was repaired before lunchtime.
I truly cannot express how grateful I am that Roger expedited my repair and got me back on the road so quickly. Before hearing from them, I was genuinely panicking about being without a vehicle for one to two weeks. With a baby at home, not having transportation feels incredibly overwhelming. My husband travels for work and is usually driving to job sites during the day, and most of our family lives over 30 minutes away, so being without my vehicle really leaves us stranded.
Roger went far above and beyond my expectations, and honestly I still can’t believe how quickly they turned everything around. Huge shoutout as well to the technician, Jason, for the speed and efficiency of the repair.
The pricing was fair and reasonable, the communication was exceptional from start to finish, and the turnaround time was unbelievable. No one enjoys dealing with car problems, but Roger, Val, Jason, and the team truly made a stressful situation feel manageable and easy to get through.
Their urgency, honesty, professionalism, compassion, and efficiency meant more than they probably realize. I would absolutely recommend Boffs Auto Service to anyone looking for trustworthy people who genuinely care.”
